I thought I might need a new A/C but he was able to take it apart, clean it, repair it and I'm all good. I've always had issues with very different temperatures on different floors of the house and he said, "Let me talk you through this and save you the service call fee." “My Samsung ice maker stopped working and there was water pooling under the deli drawer and pouring into the freezer. Samsung contacted One Stop Appliance Repair to replace the ice maker. Kim and Nicole from One Stop called me right away and left detailed accurate voice messages for me on several days and William was the technician who did the work. William showed up when he said he would and was knowledgeable, patient, calm, and kind and explained everything to me. He worked diligently to replace my ice maker and control board and to clear the clogged drip line in my appliance. My fridge is working great again and I'm so happy with One Stop Appliance! I'd definitely call them again if I need their help with repairing any appliance!“

“We’ve loved our 7-year-old Dyson and were bummed when it stopped working. More Than Vacuums diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad motor bearing), cleaned and deodorized the unit, replaced the battery and filter (both badly worn), and got it running like new again. Fingers crossed we don’t need another vacuum repair for several more years but, if something does happen, we’ll definitely be back.“
