“We understand that not everything goes as we would like, sometimes there’s a bump in the road, but the important part is how we handle it. Some companies let their ego get in the way and handle things the way they want to, but successful businesses know that they have to do what it takes to make things right, no matter how seemingly insignificant that problem may seem to them, it was a big enough problem that the customer was unhappy.This is one of those cases. I had a problem and Brand Source reached out to resolve the problem, and they did whatever it took to fix the issue. THATS what I base my judgement on, not the mistakes made, but the handling of the mistake afterwards. I had written a review previously and was so impressed with the speed of the resolution and the willingness to actually listen to what I had to say that i can say without a doubt, this is a company that I hope to do more business with in the future.Without failure, success simply cannot translate, but it’s not truly failure if you learn from it, it’s just another lesson.
