These guys are great. The tech was able to save us money by servicing the inside of our vacuum rather than replacing parts or the whole thing. Friendly and professional, overall great experience.

Was able to get my machine cleaned and serviced within a week with a rush charge. Other local shopes were quoting me 3-4 weeks without option for a rush.As a person who works with my machine to make money the extended wait time was not an option.I made sure to ask for range in cost when I dropped the machine off. They explained a rush charge would be about $40- $60 and with a foot control I could expect about $250-$350 for the total cost.My machine was ready within 1.5 weeks on the date we agreed upon. The initial gentleman I spoke with was helping me out fine and was kind, but someone else stepped in and seemed to be a bit rude about my having purchased a sewing machine elsewhere. He stated they had some for $350 after explaining that all I came in for was a cord. He said with that and the bobbin piece I need (which I have at home) and diagnostics I'd be spending as much on a refurbished one from them. The gentleman who interrupted the man helping me did not listen and made me feel bad for bringing in a machine I purchased elsewhere.
