One Stop was sent to us via Samsung for two dishwasher repairs. Each time, our service was wonderful. The teams were communicative, punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. So grateful we were referred to them!
My experience with One Stop Appliance was truly spectacular; from the scheduling to the follow up. Carlos (our technician), was super accommodating, communicative, & efficient. He obviously knows what he was doing. What an asset he is to One Stop Appliances!
William, our technician, was absolutely top notch. Came in to fix our Samsung Ice Maker and he was on time, courteous, tidy and a pleasure to talk to! And best yet - our ice maker is working like a dream now.
