“I have called Sid Sanchez twice for a/c care. Both times he has taught me about my a/c unit and what to watch for keeping it in the best condition. He has saved me a great deal of money and he hasn't tried to "sell me a plan". He is common sense and wants to provide his customers with quality service without wasting their money. Most recently, my a/c unit stopped working. While he was unable to come that day, he walked me through the steps to ensure my compressor wasn't seizing up (e.g. helped me confirm my unit wasn't completely broken) and gave me advice on how to watch for signs of concern. I am so thankful that he was willing to take the time to help me over the phone even when he was booked that day! I will definitely be having him come out for maintenance of my furnace before winter!“
