I bet you’ve never seen a 5-star review when a job has gone wrong…so buckle up! We had Courtesy out to fix a leak in our bathroom this past summer. Well, they missed a spot- and the leak caused some mold damage this autumn behind the wall- which was shared with our only other . Not only did they IMMEDIATELY admit fault (despite the fact that we would not have known it otherwise), but called in all the necessary contractors to remediate the problem and replace both tiled walls. Guy showed up towards the beginning of the window, fixed our sink leak in about 5 minutes, checked our water pressure and left pretty quick. Really satisfied overall, would use them again.Service: Plumbing leak repair

The courtesy team is fantastic. Stephanie in the office was very helpful on getting the technician Kris out to look at my boiler. Kris did a great job and gave me tons of knowledge on how to properly maintain my equipment. Kris got me signed up for their membership and i feel very confident in courtesy plumbing and heat to take care of my house. Thank you.
