“We were in a pinch for air-conditioning service in the Denver area. The system was for a condo and the tenant called to let us know that the AC system was not cooling. Temps were in the low mid 90's. We contacted an on line dist/supplier, good reputation and we had used in the past when our PHX system broke down. The Dist supplier handed us off to a local HVAC company. The local HVAC company contacted my wife and gave a ballpark quote for a complete new system. I asked for an itemized Pro-Forma quote and never heard back. This was my first clue that the guy was an upsell, panic the client business. Through several attempts to get another HVAC person out to the condo we were fortunate to get Jose, 24EVCS (720-425-9228). Jose and I had a fairly length conversation regarding the AC unit and the condition. Jose was straight forward with the diagnosis. He told me EXACTLY what was needed, after his 1/2 inspection of our unit. (There was no "I have to get back to my office to build a quote"). Through the conversation there was no attempt to "Sell" me a complete unit. His focus was on the repair or replacement of integral components relating to the circuitry and external electrical parts for the system. Jose gave us a verbal quote, it was was literally 1/10th of the other HVAC company's quote. The quote included cleaning the system external coil condenser, cleaning the internals of the air handler and the replacement of the few components required to get the system up and running. Jose processed the as discussed amount through his company's Quick book billing. the quote was to the EXACT PENNY AS WAS DISCUSSED. We were up and running with a satisfied tenant within a half hour of us accepting his quote. In todays SELL SELL SELL business model it's refreshing to have an HONEST, Knowledgeable and Thoughtful businessman. I am giving his contact information to our Denver property manager for future reference.“

“Excellent company and superior service by Juan Nunez! I called Sveagle Plumbing because my water heater had stopped working. Juan came out the same day and determined it needed to be replaced, and also pointed out the rust on my copper piping from the shut-off valve. I appreciated that he didnt say the piping had to be replaced right-away, but said to keep an eye on it for leaks. I went ahead and had him replace that, too. I was provided with two estimates based on what size of water heater I wanted. Juan was very professional and competent! He started work right away and came back the next day to finish the water heater. It took another day to finish the piping, but that was due to getting the outside water turned off my the water company. I highly recommend this company.“
