I was very impressed with this Colorado Springs Cardiology. When you enter the desk is uniquely set up where many people can be seen and processed at once so that you can be seen quickly and have whatever testing you need or any problems that you might be having and it can be accomplished quickly. I think it took less than 10 minutes before I was seeing for my test and the test itself the nurse just went right at it and you know they suck the leads on your on your body and and they were very nice in that they got all the leads off after the test which is highly unusual because most hospitals leave some Leeds on your body but in this case they didn't which was very wonderful. The test went very quickly I waited for the doctor to come in which in this case was nurse Liz or Dr Liz and she looked at the chart and then she looked at compared it to my heart and then she was very nice and said how did you keep your heart in such good shape? And I said wow I've never heard that before from my cardiologist but you know I do exercise so I wouldn't be surprised and but anyways it was very nice to hear. But they do do extensive testing and and it's really they use the newest equipment so it doesn't take a lot of time to complete the testing. If I were you I would highly recommend testing them out. They're well worth taking them up on their knowledge and also their attribute to patience and getting them through their system

I had a great experience at Creative Chaos. I stopped in after seeing online that they do permanent jewelry and I needed a repair from an anklet I got from another state. She got me in same day and was super sweet and professional. She repaired my anklet and I will be returning in the future for more permanent jewelry with my daughter. I don’t know where to start. Danielle is incredible. I flew in from out of town for the week and wanted to get a spray tan right away so I didn’t have to worry about it. Flights got delayed, went to the wrong airport, all kinds of things. Even when the appointment was made Danielle was so accommodating and said to call if things got delayed. And they did. And she stuck to her word and even after pushing back my appointment and then showing up early for that one, she got me back right away. Was so thorough, so kind, so welcoming. Everything was even and dry by the time I left. Will definitely come back here any time I come back to town. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I give this salon a 5 star rating. I am here from out of state for a wedding and walked in this early evening. I got the basic pedicure with gel nails added. The service I got was exceptional. The very kind , diligent, hard working man went above and beyond with massage, hot towels, hot stones , lotion, wax for my feet. He took such great care cutting and filing my nails. He did not rush but took his time. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Colorado Springs. Thank you for a great job and a great job on the nail color as well. And the vibe was great as they played music videos on the tv, mostly 80's music which was a plus.

I had permanent eyeliner done recently at The Elevated Beauty Lounge. Brittany was excellent! She talked with me before we started to be sure of the style and thickness I wanted. She gave me exactly what I asked for which is a natural look, but it definitely makes my eyes stand out instead of looking small and sleepy. Also, I usually do not wear mascara anymore which is a nice timesaver. I am very happy with the job Brittany did and for an affordable price as well!

Don’t go to the dermatologist who will just prescribe you drugs and not address root causes. Go to Sabrena and she’ll teach you more in 5 minutes than what I’ve “learned” from 20 years of seeing a dermatologist.

It’s also a plus when the braider is kind, respectful, and truly caring. It’s so hard to find braiders who actually care about their clients. I already miss her from MD. This is a long overdue thank you to Colorado Laser Clinic. I found this practice through a Google search when I first came to Colorado several years ago. Over the years, I have visited the clinic for many different treatments and have always been completely happy with the outcome of every treatment I have received. In addition to providing excellent care, this practice is extremely well managed and functions with flawless clinical and operational efficiency. This makes every aspect of a visit there, from scheduling to follow-up, extremely easy and user-friendly. The clinic's culture is friendly and collegial, and I look forward to my visits. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and Vicki, who provides most of my care, is an expert on industry standards and is always forthcoming about all the options available. I feel very fortunate to have found this practice and would recommend their services to anyone looking.
Update - I appreciate the follow-up and amended my review as they did reach out trying to get me rescheduled.
So disappointed! I was really looking forward to trying this place out. The reviews are so great. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and incurred the 50% charge. The only reschedule option I was given to avoid the charge was for the same day, an hour from my original time. I understand and respect the need for the fee. It's clearly stated on the website. My disappointment comes from not being given an option for rescheduling for a different day, or even being offered another appointment. Despite the fee, I wasn't asked if they could look at different days to get me in or much of any grace given for the time crunch. I drove 45 minutes to get to the appointment and ended up just turning around, $27 less in my bank account with nothing other than an explanation that since appointments are only 15 minutes long there's no wiggle room for lateness. Pretty bummed out. I respect their need to do business the way they do it, but the lack of customer service makes me realize this isn't the right fit for me.
Well she was much more through than I expected and was concerned about my skin and did a excellent job at cryotherapy on my head and arms to get rid of the problem areas and definitely I’m going to her in the future

I have been dealing with a cough and congestion the last 3 weeks. I saw Yolanda the other day and she suggested I come in and try something new. So today I went I. For a machine assisted lymphatic drainage facial!! Let me tell you. It was amazing. First it was very relaxing. I loved the different feelings of hot and cold and massaging my face and throat. The light therapy is always an added benefit. I am now home and feel better. My ears have already popped and I can hear better and coughing has subsided! As always Yolanda is the best. I would recommend her for all your skin needs! Awesome for waxing too❣️

Mimi was such a delight to talk with and the waxing itself was as gentle as could be. I had a Brazilian wax done today and those can be pretty painful when performed by inexperienced waxers. Mimi was a professional in every way, the room smelled great, the facility was lovely and sanitary and everyone interacted with was just lovely. I highly recommend Mimi and Fierce Beauty by Mimi for any sort of waxing needs, especially Bikini wax, and Brazilian wax. One thing to look out for: Fierce Beauty is actually operated inside of The Rage Salon and spa, so you'll want to look for this sign when trying to find Mimi. Happy waxing!

I had a super experience a few days ago with Bonitas and Emeliya. Emeliya is the owner and does everything sooo professionally and yet is the most warm, caring and sweet lash tech you'd every want! She has brown lashes, which help me to remain "natural" looking, yet upgraded beautifully from my own stubby lashes. It didn'teven take time to get used to them. From the moment, I looked in the mirror, I just looked more like my best self, not a "Hollywood wife". But for those who want a celebrity look, she can do that , too! She just is the best!

I booked an appointment with Kim Clay Artistry with no recommendations or expectations before traveling to Colorado Springs. When I sat in her chair, I told her I had two requirements: I didn't want to look like a ghost or a clown. To which she retorted "well it's good because I don't do clown make-up." Kim involved me in the decision-making about what "look" will be best. She worked to enhance my natural gifts, which I appreciated. If you are a person of color, you want to sit in her chair. You won't have to worry that she may not know what to do with your skin tone or she won't have the right shades. Trust me, she knows what she's doing. Awesome place to get your next ink, or your first ink, as was the case for me. Four walk-ins at 10:00pm for tattoos and piercings for our group, they accommodated us very well and were super friendly and sociable. Shawn did a great job and I'm extremely happy with how my first tattoo turned out. Would definitely be inclined to it at Insomnia when I'm in town.
I've gotten more than one tattoo from Joe, and one from Elsa (hopefully soon from Wizard Jenkins) and they've been phenomenal! Customer service, the shop and of course the tattoo artists, have all been incredible. From someone who is introverted and awkward, I've never felt more comfortable than at Bōtoku. Absolutely adore the space and artists and absolutely recommend their talent and space. ?

Me and my best friend came in for a spine tattoo and austin was going to do both of ours and Charlie helped and did my best friend it was fast and even though it was a tough spot they made it fun and there artwork was incredible i ended up getting a second one right after and a touch up on a previous tattoo also the piercer and owner came in and talked to us and made it a great time i love getting tattooed here and i don't wanna go anywhere else for any tattoos or piercings. the vibe of the place is like no other.

The recent encounter with this plumbing service was absolutely remarkable. I reached out to them at 8am concerning a broken water heater that resulted in a large pool of water in my basement (which subsequently caused my furnace to malfunction on a chill, snowy day in Colorado Springs!). By 11am, Justin was promptly at our doorstep and had everything resolved in a mere 30 minutes! His service was not only professional but also polite. I'm thrilled with the new management's commitment to providing excellent service. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Green plumbing was able to provide a replacement hot water heater the next day to meet an emergency situation. The plumber arrived early in the morning and the work was completed before noon. Budco Electric has done several small jobs for me around my house. A couple weeks they consulted with me about a new lighting design for my great room. They explained their idea of the concept, gave me a cost estimate, and a few days later they did the install over a day and a half. I’m delighted with the finished product! Josh was the lead electrician on the job and he communicated with me thoroughly throughout the process. He listened well and made great suggestions. Josh and Adam both demonstrated great technical skill. They worked efficiently and as a team. They both demonstrated great people skills, and their effort in cleaning up after completion was exceptional. I could not recommend this company more highly.

We hired Angel to do some electrical work at our house. He's extremely profession, i.e., returns calls promptly, shows up on time, does good work and is reasonable. A part broke during our installation and he let me know about it, apologized, and took full responsibility getting the part re-ordered and installed. We are very pleased and would heartily recommend his service.

We had some recessed lighting installed in our kitchen and Reliant Electric was awesome. Eric was very courteous and explained to me everything he was going to do. I appreciated that he put down drop clothes and cleaned up everything. When I was getting quotes, Reliant was the only one that came in under the other three quotes and the only one to bring up the requirement of permits. Eric explained to me the permit standards for a project like this. Michele kept me informed when the appointment was going to happen and followed up with a reminder. I liked also that the round holes that he had to make to get to access through our ceiling he plugged back up with the sheet rock circle cut out and all I have to do is putty and paint. I would highly recommend Reliant Electric.

On the day of our appointment I got a text telling me when he would arrive. He was there exactly when he said. He completed the repair in less that 30 minutes, fixing the leak and making sure water & ice maker were working like new. Justin is professional, highly skilled and friendly. Pryor Floor hits it out of the park again!! My son and daughter-in-law just had their original 1950's hardwood floors refinished by Pryor. They had to install two stairs, patch and repair, then refinish the main level. The floors look brand new and are spectacular! This is the 3rd home I've seen Pryor do and every time their product and customer satisfaction is out of this world! I highly recommend this company to work with for hardwood floor refinishing.
Tom and the crew from One by One Tile did an amazing job for us. Hard working, responsive, and respectful of our house and belongings. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day so we could move through the construction site safely. The quality of the work was exceptional. I'd hire these guys again in a minute!
We cannot say enough good things about Hardwood Café. After first contacting Tom about an estimate, he promptly replied and we received an estimate within a couple of days. He was very responsive to all emails, texts and phone calls, which unfortunately, cannot be said about most businesses. Although the estimate was not the lowest (it was in the middle of a few others), we ultimately decided on Hardwood Café and glad we did. Bob and his son Alex installed hardwood flooring on a wall in our bedroom. The end result was perfect in form, fit and function. The installation required a very high level of detail as no trim pieces were used to cover the interfaces between the side walls and ceiling. It was a very tight fit and looks amazing. I highly recommend Bob not only for his craftsmanship but also for his fair pricing, timely manner and the care with which he took when working in our home. I will gladly reach out to Bob again in the future if other home improvement projects arise.

I worked with Anthony on getting flooring installed in my house. What a great experience! I felt it was affordable for the quality of flooring and install. I had a small issue with my fridge leaking water on the floor right after install (old fridge with copper water line), I called them up and they came back out to help pull part of the floor they just installed, then later that week (once the floor was dry) they re installed the kitchen flooring without any extra cost. I would go here again for service, knowledge, and quality.
Everything looks great! The carpet is patched where I had a banister removed. You can't even tell there was anything done!

My experience with Alpine Contracting was the best experience I've had with home improvement. We purchased a home that was built in 1973 and had been converted into a great room by removing the walls between the living room and kitchen. The previous remodeler didn't do the best job of concealing the lines where the walls had been removed, and put in a popcorn ceiling into the kitchen that collected grime over the stove and was impossible to clean. Alpine remedied this situation by installing new drywall over the popcorn thus creating a smoothly flowing ceiling between both rooms. His staff was very congenial, professional, and took great care in protecting my kitchen cabinets and cleaned up before leaving at the end of each day. They cheerfully answered my questions and did any touch-ups I requested. Zach, the Project Manager, was always in contact any time I called, a virtue I truly appreciated. I will contact him again should I require any more remodeling.

Bruce was amazing. I was in a pickle when I heard I needed to get my water heater permitted and multiple things needed to be fixed. We couldn't figure out why there were so many asian beetles dead on our patio door frame. We thought maybe the frost overnight, but that has never happened before. Then we realized nope! It was the Insight Pest Solutions that helped with this problem!
My back yard was just completed and I could not be happier. Everything from the initial meeting to the final planting was a breeze. I had seen their work at a neighbors so decided to call. Angela, the designer was great, she listened to my thoughts and brought them to life. I can't say enough about Sam and his crew. This was, to me, a big job. Retaining walls, drainage, cement, patio, flagstone, rock-all the things. Through it all Sam and his crew were amazing. They were on time, kept a very clean jobsite and were very responsive to my questions even making suggestions to make maintenance easier. After the work was done my fence installer broke a drain and they were right out to fix it. You could tell the pride they have in their craft. I was so happy, I decided to have the do my front yard as well and requested Sam and crew. Everyone who comes in my yard says it is an oasis, and I agree! Highly recommend.
It's time to update my reviews. I was so happy with the back yard I had them do the front and I am even happier. They made a cohesive design the really upgraded the look of my home. I requested the same team and boy am I glad I did. These guys are more than landscapers they are craftsmen. They paid attention to details I didn't even notice. I did notice one thing and they adjusted immediately. Ken, Steven, Mike, Tebo, Chris, and Sam were wonderful. They worked really well together. They were always on the site early, ready to go. They keep a really clean jobsite and were very respectful not only of my property but also my neighbors as well. Once again, I highly recommend them, and I have to everyone I know.

These guys have been taking care of my local 80904 park. In my decade plus years of living here, I have NEVER seen the grass this thick, luscious, healthy, and weed free. I was meaning to ask the city who was doing it because they need a huge kudos, but the holiday delay let me catch them in action. On time, and far above average skill and dedication.
I am updating my review. At first, there were some communication issues and I thought they had decided not to show up. They eventually did come out and the product they use is dynamite on weeds and grass in rocks. I have also seen their work in the trailer park I lived in so I can confirm the weeks will stay dead all year. The tech who did the spraying also didn't miss any weeds that I've noticed. I would recommend them.

We had two dying arborvitae bushes at the front of our house this Spring, and Tom Proctor's work in removing them quickly, efficiently, and fairly priced was awesome! I have used Bob Rundo Tree Surgeon for 25 years to fertilize my trees, spray against a pine beetle infestation, and to prune my trees. Most recently, I used them for extensive tree trimming.I am writing this review to commend two deserving employees, Zac Burke and Jacob Gill. Before meeting Zac and Jacob, I was apprehensive that two careless workers would come, indiscriminately hack at my trees to trim them, and then leave a mess. I could not have been more wrong!Before doing any work, they took time to discuss the trimming work to be done—which I really appreciated!! Both men were articulate and spoke English—which I also appreciated!Zac and Jacob worked safely and carefully. They were careful in how they brought down branches. They were careful not to damage my nearby fence. They tiptoed around seven perennial flowers that were planted near the base of the tree. Not one plant was damaged.Zac and Jacob went above and beyond to get dead branches cleared out of my trees. They truly went the extra mile!! They noticed two diseased branches that I had not seen. One branch was so compromised that there was a twenty-inch gash where light showed through it. I was relieved that they spotted it and took it down.I was also impressed by their teamwork. They helped each other every step of the process. They had positive, cheerful attitudes and I never heard bad language or complaining. They were a great team!!At the end, I was also grateful how thoroughly they cleaned up the branches and debris. My yard looked tidy and the street area where they chipped the wood was swept clean.I cannot say enough good things about Zac and Jacob!! This company can be very proud of them!! They are a terrific asset and wonderful workers.

Front Range cut a lot of deadwood from our large maple tree this morning, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. All the bad wood was removed, and the yard and tree look better than they did before the job started. We were also impressed with the efficiency and courteousness of the crew. Finally, the price was very reasonable - lower than we expected.

The dental hygienist who did my cleaning 6 months ago was exceptional. Trinidad, the hygienist who did my recent cleaning was better still. She is the absolute best hygienist I've had in all my years going to Briargate . She was extremely professional and caring throughout.
First off, coolest dentist office I've ever been to. Secondly, super patient and gentle with my kid! He has the worst time trusting new people and doesn't like his teeth messed with but instead of pushing him through a tantrum they sit with him, explain everything in detail and let him reach a level of comfort with the tools before moving forward. And if he doesn't make it to that level of comfort they help us reschedule. They are absolutely incredible to work with.

But this is a much better experience than our prior dental office, which I have been waiting for over two months for them to contact me about my son's top space maintainer. The dentist at My Kid's basically stated that our previous dental clinic hadn't done well enough maintaining space for my son's adult to develop behind extraction sites, so I'm wondering if my son is going to need braces now, and he's only 8. So finding a competent, responsive, prompt dental office will be a relief, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this office continues to be as outstanding as our first trip in! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I haven't been to the chiropractor for adjustments before, just massages. DeLand was recommended to me from a co-worker because of my neck/upper back issues which in turn affected my sleep quality and my frequent hip pain. Since coming to DeLand I haven't had my hips lock up on me and my upper back tension is relieved, which in turn directly affects my neck. I haven't felt this good in forever. Carefree Chiropractor comes highly recommended from me with result you can feel.

One of my favorite parts is the pre and post adjustment care, before you see your chiropractor you go through a set of movements to help loosen and prepare for the adjustment, then after you are adjusted you lay on a roller bed. This always makes my body feel more relaxed and at ease, as well as allows the adjustment time to set in more. I always ask to use the compression “pants” for circulation and by the end it’s like a spa treatment you can do multiple times a week!

Wonderful experience every time I go! They care about your needs and find a solution to get you back to being pain free. They offer many different types of treatments (not just the typical crack and let you go) which is great for keeping your adjustment and body feeling well. I have done several different treatments for various issues and have had great results so far!
I have been coming to freedom for a few years now. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is and how they have worked with me on the payments. I was referred to Freedom Chiropractic by my Chiropractor in Nebraska before moving here. The payments have definitely gone up because with my referral, I was guaranteed a specific price for adjustments to keep with what I was previously paying, but now the prices increased more than expected, which, you know, inflation, I get it, but I would have liked to be informed when the price changed.
Recently, it's been rather difficult to get in for adjustments due to busy life, and the office hours don't work with my schedule very well. I have asked about the hours and was told to call or text when I needed assistance, but I haven't been able to get assistance that way either, sadly.
My first visit went very well. I needed some gentle care that I have been missing for years, and Dr. Koch delivered!

This is remarkable to me because I came from a chiropractic practice that took pictures and sent the patient away for a week until the images were developed and could be discussed. When I walked into their practice, the receptionists were friendly, helpful and made me feel welcomed. Then I met the Veterinary Technician, she was very nice and helpful with my questions. Then I met Dr. Tony, she was very nice and helpful with my questions and concerns.. She was a great listener and very knowledgeable. They took my dog to the back for shots. He was eager to go and returned very happy. You can tell the employees of this practice really care about animals and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I will continue to take my dog to them. I highly recommend their service!
I am so thankful for Dr. Campbell and her team. We had an urgent need to get in after an ER visit and they worked hard to get us in the same day we called.
Reagan, the receptionist worked hard to retrieve records and asked for photos to help us get in sooner. She worked hard and within a hour and a half of my call, they had an appointment for us.
With Dr. Campbell we are so grateful for her immense knowledge and expertise. She knew immediately what our dog had, came up with a game plan and went over any hiccups that could occur. She made time to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease.

I've brought my animals here for two years. I chose this vet after looking around at various reviews and have always been satisfied with the care I recieve here, but after today I thought I just NEED to write a review.
I got a puppy from a private rescue that started showing parvo symtoms the day after we got him. They accommodated me without complaint when I asked to swap out a previously set appt for my cat to have the puppy seen instead, and were informative and gentle in letting me know that the puppy had parvo. From going over cost and estimates they were great, but the thing that blows me out of the water is how they took complete initiative to open a case on my dogs behalf with the vaccine manufacturer for a vaccine their office HAD NOT administered. Parvo treatment can be extremely expensive and they went above and beyond to make sure my dog could be treated.
otherwise, the vet techs. the vet techs here are always so great that on more than one occasion I've asked my husband if its weird to ask a vet tech at my dogs exam if she wants to hang out sometime. I've never done it because it feels inappropriate but the vet techs are always lovely.
I have two dogs with chronic health issues who have been handled with love and care. when I have forgotten refills I have never felt judged. when my animals have needed regular rechecks it has been accommodated.

Dr Moore is the best vet! She and the amazing vet techs take time and make sure my pets are comfortable before the medical part.
I highly recommend Northgate Animal Hospital. Dr. Bush has been caring for my geriatric Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He correctly diagnosed her heart condition, and a year later, her kidney disfunction. Although he is very busy, Dr. Bush takes time with each patient. He called me on several occasions to explain test results. His techs are also very patient and understanding. Even the receptionist is cheerful and friendly! Whenever I called with an urgent need, they were able to fit me into the schedule. I cannot thank them enough for the care that they gave my precious dog.
I can not say enough good things about this clinic and team. They are knowledgeable, very responsive and above all care for not just the horse but the owner. When I lost my horse to colic both Dr. Gieche and Dr. Cavalcanti text me with their condolences. Their words helped me through a difficult time. They also sent a card in the mail that they both wrote a heartfelt message in. When I decided to adopt another horse I didn't hesitate to make an appointment with Rocky Mountain Equine for a health check. Dr. Gieche's health check visit was very thorough and she took her time with both the horse and myself. At the end she expressed her happiness for us both. I love this clinic!
Everyone at Aspen View Veterinary Clinic is so caring and wonderful to my extremely stubborn, but sweet, 1yr old GSD/Rottweiler pup, that I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else!

Daenerys & Drogon love going to House of Hounds. Jenna takes such good care of all the doggies she grooms. This is a place you can drop your furbabies off for a groom and not stress out about if they are okay. We've been going to house of hounds for years. She is great with dogs of all ages. I have been brining my husky Flynn to Dawn’s for a while now and she ALWAYS does an amazing job. He’s such a handful and I am so grateful she is willing to groom him for me. A bonus is she always puts the cutest bandanas on him too! Thank you dawn for you awesome work!

My dog has been going to A Cut Above since I got her in June and they always do a wonderful job but they exceeded my expectations when I got her dyed for Halloween! If you are looking for a great & affordable groomer who can be flexible, this is your place!
Christine is a wonderful groomer and a nice human! My white husky is extremely dramatic and vocal. He fights the grooming process. Christine handles him with no problem. I've used another groomer in the area and she declined to groom him again because he knocked her over trying to escape! Christine has never mentioned having an issue. My boy always comes out of the process looking handsome and smelling great! Thank you, Christine! You truly have a "touch of magic"!
Sam is truly Amazing my dog teddy was in need of a full service haircut and I had taken him to previous places but no one was able to give him a haircut because he would get over stimulated with other people and dogs but Sam made him comfortable and he looks absolutely amazing! I highly recommended her!!!
We love Diana and the whole team! They always make our Bernedoodle feel at home. They know her well but also know us as well. Diana always remembers what’s been going on in our worlds and asks us how things are going.

I could not get my scottie in at my regular groomer. The took her in, in just a couple of days. Her coat was in bad shape. They did a great job. I know am using Pawcassos for all my scotties.
My kitty had some matting in her fur and they got her in quickly, did a great job, and great price too. I was expecting to pay 5x what it ended up costing.
I’ve only been here a handful of times so far - the classes are small and the atmosphere is comforting. I always feel refreshed after leaving a session
Amanda and Colten were great. I had them come do a group of 9 outdoor yoga session during a trip at our Airbnb. I’m from out of town & found them online. They were wonderful to work with and communication prior was a breeze. I’m so grateful how simple it was booking them - they planned a great yoga session for a range of skill levels, came to our airbnb, brought mats, and helped our group have a peaceful morning doing yoga by the mountains. I highly recommend booking them for any group needs you have!!!
I love coming to my Iyengar yoga classes at Root: Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies. All the teachers are well trained and certified and pay attention to the needs of every student. I love the clear instructions and attention to detail you can only find in an Iyengar yoga class. So thankful for yoga in my life!
Cambio is a fantastic yoga studio. My quality of life has improved dramatically since starting a consistent practice here. The Austin Bluffs location has a great, welcoming atmosphere and community. The instructors are very knowledgeable and kind. Shout outs to Nathan and Lora for their Wednesday and Sunday classes! Can't recommend Cambio highly enough!

I really enjoy the class that Courtney teaches! She is very easy to understand as she is giving direction, she takes time to show you proper technique if you don't have it, and just overall her classes are a great workout. Each time I come out of her class, I feel like I am stronger and feel like I understand better how to do the movements.
Beautiful studio! So spacious and lovely to work out in. Mikaila was super welcoming and had a great sequence with amazing transition set up/timing. They offer $5 for your first class, so if you are on vacay take advantage of it!!
This place is continently located, clean and they even provide socks! I find it easy to book my classes online (big deal to me) and their prices are a steal. Great communication and teaching from each instructor too. I recommend trying them out

I recently moved to CS and was on the hunt for a great massage therapist. I have autoimmune issues and some days I don’t feel great. Therefore, I need someone to put me back together and Lisa was it. I drive almost an hour to see her, she focuses on your pain teaches you how to stand and. how to sit properly. After trying several other massage therapists and being in pain for almost 2 months, Lisa had me feeling great just after one visit.
Really good and straight to the point. Not your typical Colorado hippie place - which is not a bad thing. I’ve gone twice now and they’re really thorough. Good for a short notice appointment too. Had Rachel last time and she was quite strong and intense, which I like, but made sure to check in with me on pressure. Good for some regular maintenance in my normal massage routine. Very recommended.

A little over a month ago a car fell off a jack onto my body, and severely injured me in multiple ways. As my back has been hopefully repairing itself, this last week has turned into a bunch of pinched muscles and nerves causing very limited range of motion and excruciating pain. I scheduled with Natural Path Bodywork’s to try and get some relief. Within 1 hour of walking in I was able to move my arm over my head, turn my neck and operated a majority of the day with exponentially less pain than I have had since the initial injuries. Trish cupped my back, and did a variety of deep muscle massage (at my request). Massage therapy and holistic approaches to health are not my norm, nor am I knowledgeable about them. However, I cannot express how great of a job she does, and how much she knows what she is doing. If you are in need of massage therapy, you cannot do better than Natural Path Bodywork’s!
I have had sessions with all the therapists and have had excellent results. You can’t go wrong with any of them but I wanted to specifically talk about Virgil. She is one of the newer therapists at this business and I can’t say enough good things about her. I told her I wanted to both relax AND get the kinks out (not an easy task) but she did it. My injured shoulder felt so much better and my sense of peace was restored.
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Don't expect the PT to be the one you'll see on a regular basis. However, the team works well together. Both Mark's and Chata are awesome.! Anna is very helpful at the front desk.
I've been seeing Scott for over a year and am a big fan! Initially he helped me recover from a climbing-related wrist injury, but ongoing visits have helped me strengthen and address other weaknesses. Now with his help I've broken through a decade long plateau in my climbing performance!
I have used CISM for my physical therapy needs for the past five years. First time was for a recovery from shoulder surgery that was very successful and was able to have normal movement within eight weeks. Since that first surgery therapy, I have had four knee surgeries on the same knee and they performed wonderful therapy. My last therapist Hannah was there for me for the last two knee surgeries and Has done a superb job and getting me walking again and has been so adept at getting my muscles to fire correctly after having lost my muscle memory . They really know what they’re doing at CISM. I recommend them highly.
Everyone at CommonSpirit PT is friendly, encouraging and professional.Laura, who has been my regular DPT for several months, has consistently challenged me to wisely balance effort with self-awareness. She is skilled, positive and consistent. Her smile is contagious. Ryan has worked with me when Laura is already scheduled. He, too, has been so helpful to my recovery. I have seen both Emily and Ashley. I started with Emily who really helped my back pain with just the right exercises. She explains things really well and I continued to improve with my back until the pain was gone. She also gave me good exercises for my hip pain that I continue to do with good results.Ashley is a real treasure at this place with Dry Needling and I was grateful for Emily for transferring me over to her for that. She really helps reduce chronic pain in my hip and leg area. When I was unable to go for a bit due to other issues, my hip became more painful.In fact, Ashley was able to get rid of some snapping type sensation in my lower back hip area that occurred when I walked. After a couple of sessions of dry needling, it was gone.Both of these gals are super friendly and care about the help they give others. Ashely is also helpful with exercises and she is just so interested in what she does.**Another PT some years ago said they would not do dry needling on me due to Fibromyalgia (as it would be too painful.) I was very apprehensive the first few times, but I learned how to accept the healing of this modality and it has paid off! As Ashley said, just breathe and don't tense up. That helped a lot.

Dr. Nawei and her staff were amazing. Dr. Nawei really care about her Pt's and she is a Dr. that really listen to you and not just brushes you and your concerns off. I love her, she is the best. Mehee is a life saver! I was suffering from a severe migraine for 4 days, and two trips to the ER still hadn’t helped my pain. I began seeing Jena at the Chinese Acupuncture Clinic in June of 2021. I have double curve scoliosis. At that time, I was having significant problems and pain, causing me to have trouble walking, sitting, and bending. After receiving initial treatments, I began to have relief from the pain and my walking began to improve. I was able to move so much better. The pain in my back is gone and has not flared decided I needed to continue with my appointments regularly, and I still see Jena today. I have also been treated for headaches, sleep issues, inflammation, skin issues, respiratory illness and more with success. Jena’s expertise at diagnosis is exceptional as well as her insights about other symptoms. She spends a lot of time asking questions and listening to provide the best treatment possible. I have learned so much from Jena about my body, and how to treat things naturally through acupuncture, food, movement, and daily habits instead of relying on medications. She educates me at every visit to help me understand what can cause the problem and what I can do in addition to acupuncture and herb therapy to help myself heal. Getting well is a process and cannot be an overnight cure with medications, which can end up causing more problems. I have found huge improvement and a sense of wellbeing since coming to Jena. Awesome trainers and good location. The owners come out to support the classes and their partner/owner is also the mechanic you can tell they take good care of the training motorcycles ensuring our safety. 10/10 recommend!

First drive was amazing! So easy to do, driving instructor, Jessica Littefield was amazing. The sweetest most kind person, she did so well teaching and really prepared me for my test! Amazing experience all together! 100% recommend first drive

Our oldest daughter went through the Masterdrive program and enjoyed her experience. Everyone we spoke and worked with was thoughtful and friendly and I liked their comprehensive approach to training young drivers. We have two more kiddos to get safely on the road and we’ll be working with MasterDrive to get them prepared to be on the road.
