We recently had Elkins Construction do a bar & shower installation in our basement plus built-in bookshelves in our office. They were on time, under budget, and very pleasant to work with. Steve handled all the subcontractors, permits, and inspections with ease, including in the middle of a lot of snowy conditions. Steve and his wife were very pleasant to have in our home as well, never feeling intrusive at all. Also, the finished work is beautiful and excellent quality.
