I attended Briana's Goddess Archetype class and it was exactly what I needed. Activating yet gentle, and i was able to honor my body's needs every step of the way. It was a beautiful, safe container for connecting with other women on a deep soul level.
Deb guided us through a grounding experience of letting go. Intro to the Art of Shaking is for every body. We all carry things that aren't ours to carry and we don't even know we picked it up (traumas, hurts, experiences). With her gentle voice introducing us to the ability to shake and move to release allowed me to leave feeling lighter and expansive.
Wonderful caring instructors who challenge you. I have learned so much from them.
