Fantastic service, quick response, reasonable pricing and competent techs. Jeremiah diagnosed our oven problem in no time flat, had spare parts on his truck, and fixed the issue. Five stars!

I was linked to D3/A-Ok through a Samsung repair — and so glad I was! They were fast, responsive, informative, and got the problem diagnosed and repair done faster than I could’ve imagined.

Glenn was fantastic!! Got our washing machine up and running right away. Also gave us helpful tips such as replace the washer hoses with more robust hoses and purchase a surge protector for the washer.
