“A great studio for strength and cardio training with upbeat music and friendly staff. Tends to lean toward higher rep lower weight with little rest in between sets, but still better for strength than Orangetheory downstairs. Classes can be pretty crowded during peak times, but they make it work by shuttling people between stations.“
