“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“

“The AC in our rental unexpectedly stopped working this past week. The apartment is on the top floor and the temps were approaching the 90s. We were extremely concerned about our tenants with the escalated temps and needed a resolution quickly. I called Yuriy with Temperature Select Air. Yuriy came out same day and had the AC working again within the hour. He quickly assessed and then promptly removed and replaced the start components on the condenser unit, double checked the Freon levels and ensured the temperature reading in the apartment had returned to the appropriate cooling range. “Brandon was our service engineer, and he was outstanding! He was professional, kindhearted, thoughtful, thorough, and careful to explain all I needed to learn about my washing machine. Action Appliance responded quickly to our need to have our washing machine evaluated for service on a Friday. By Monday we had the machine repaired. A new gasket was needed, and I needed to have the filter drained and cleaned. I needed to learn how to keep up with this maintenance. Brandon explained when asked that Action Appliance will take care of any appliances. Good to know, because you have a new customer! TJ arrived a few days later due to a diagnostic needed for a continued water leak. We finally detected the slight leak. TJ persisted until we located the leak patiently running a small load and watching for a leak. Since I had already spent a considerable amount on the previous repair I was offered a discount. In addition, I had the dryer vent located and decided it was in need of cleaning. Another reduction since I am having all taken care of. Soon all will be fixed and I am confident with Action Appliance. I also appreciated both Brandon and TJ’s ability to share their knowledge of appliances and when to invest in a repair and when it is time to move onto a new appliance investment.
Also, Rodolfo came with our new box compartment that holds the drawer. It had been leaking. He fixed it! We no longer have a leaking washing machine! He was kind and thorough. He made sure to ask if I had any questions, and that all was in order before departing.
