“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“

“The AC in our rental unexpectedly stopped working this past week. The apartment is on the top floor and the temps were approaching the 90s. We were extremely concerned about our tenants with the escalated temps and needed a resolution quickly. I called Yuriy with Temperature Select Air. Yuriy came out same day and had the AC working again within the hour. He quickly assessed and then promptly removed and replaced the start components on the condenser unit, double checked the Freon levels and ensured the temperature reading in the apartment had returned to the appropriate cooling range. Yuriy is excellent with communication, kind and all around easy to work with. Five stars! We will be calling him again.“

“I found C4 plumbing when I was shopping for someone to install a replacement garbage disposal. The first plumbing company I called wanted an installation fee of $400.00 plus a trip fee of $70.00. I called C4 and the price was $299.00 and no trip fee. Since that time, Mark has replaced my 27-year-old hot water heater that was leaking water and one of the toilets that ran water after flushing. In August, there was an issue with the kitchen sink drainage that caused water from one side to go into the other side of the sink. Mark wasn't available for the appointment we had scheduled, so I called Dr. Fix It. The plumber tried to unclog the drain, but could not. When a camera was snaked into the drain, it went 18 feet and stopped. Dr. Fix It gave me a $4,000.00 estimate to re-route the drainage system. I called Mark and requested he do the work. He did, for just over $1200.00. For everything he has done in my house, and I have had my fair share of plumbing issues this year, I have not had any issues with any of the work he has done. He has always been respectful of me, my home and my budget. I do have other things that need to be done and will call him first to do the work.“
