During the recent cold, Terry posted on Facebook that if anyone is without heat due to a furnace problem, he was available to help. My tenant who is a single Mom with a baby called me last Sunday saying furnace out, 48 degrees inside - 8 Degrees outside. She found Terry's post and sent it to me. I called him because my furnace guy wouldn't pick up. Terry came and got the furnace up and running. His fees was just for a Service Call, so reasonable for saving the day on Sunday. Thank you so much! I think your my new furnace guy.

Terry Hartzell and his team are the best contractors I’ve ever welcomed into my home. The entire team including Mick, Guy, Joey, Junior, Aidan, and Tyson are quality craftsmen. They were conscientious about what needed my opinion and their real time problem solving was impeccable throughout the multi-day installation. Their decisions were always oriented around putting me, the home owner first, which is refreshing in an industry where that is not often the case! Highly recommended for any HVAC work to be done on your home.

I have lived in my home without AC for 28 years. I was referred to Terry Hartzell by a friend and was thrilled to meet him, hear his story and his business practices. I trusted he would take good care and he did! His crew, DC, Nick and Junior showed up on time Monday morning and worked tirelessly till my new unit was installed! It's sooooo nice and Terry gave me great pricing. At least 2000 under another company. Since the install, I have received several emails with my Warranty Certificate and a survey to complete.
