“I was referred to them by my mechanic and I admit was skeptical at first, but felt more assured after reading the positive reviews about them. Whenever it comes to transmission issues the outcome is usually very expensive from my experience so I was bracing for the bad news. I took my car in and was immediately greeted by Steve. He then hooked up the diagnostics device and showed me the results. He said that he would first recommend trying the less expensive option first to see if it would fix the problem. It involved replacing the gear switch. The price seemed very reasonable so I agreed. He said that hopefully that would work, but if it didn't then I would be looking at getting a new transmission. He seemed honest, but you can never tell with mechanics so I was hopeful, but cautious. The next day I got a call from them telling me that the transmission issue was fixed! I felt so grateful that they were able to fix it and that they didn't try to take advantage of me. I would wholeheartedly recommend taking your car there. They are honest and will only do the service required at fair prices. I get so tired of the mechanics and dealerships who are constantly overcharging and over recommending when we are in a tight spot.“

“Had a new front bumper replaced a little less then 2 years ago and the paint was peeling lately. I took my car back to A one auto center but the owner has changed. Luckily the manager remembered me and the new owner Ruben was willing to redo the paint job. Got my car back 3 days later and it look great. “This is the only dealership I like the most. I have so many problems with the dealership in Ford Marina, and Santa Monica! Especially Santa Monica, they scratched my car and blame it was my fault! The Southbay I had some issues but now all solved by a manager name Gabe. The salesperson who sold me my car promised the trunk table and is been sitting in my house for at least half a year. I decided to complained to Ford South Bay in person and I met Gabe, he just helped me solved the problem within a week! He is so awesome and friendly and very helpful. Every time I have issues or problem he just helped me solve it instantly! Very responsible and I would recommend look for him or even better they should have more people like Gabe in these dealership. The sales manager sucks! I called him for help and he didn’t even reply or call back. Thank you Gabe!!! ?“

“We came to this Rivian Service Center in El Segundo on May 29, 2024 because it was the only nearby location that had our specific building for a 2023 R1T (it was on sale due to it being a 2023 model). Our experience at this service center was positive overall. Our assigned delivery guide, Jason, was very friendly & professional throughout the entire pickup process. There was a slight hiccup with our lease terms being finalized, which resulted in a delayed in picking up the vehicle. We spent a total of 90-100 minutes at the location instead of the 45 minutes that were originally allotted. The service from all the employees we interacted with weee also very positive. The customer lounge was very comfortable and welcoming. It felt like being in someone's hip living room. They provided complimentary coffee & boxed water. The restroom was also very clean. Overall, this is a great service center, but we will likely be going to the Eastvale location if we need service in the future since we live in Ontario.“
