“We just had our metal splash protector fall half way on our car while we were driving on the freeway back home from LA and he was such a sweet and nice guy and came in 25 mins. We do not live in LA so it really did suddenly throw us back to be stuck on the side of the road. We were all ladies in the car so obviously we did not have the man power or the tools to lift up our car and remove it ourselves so we called him and he came. I forgot to ask for his name! I was so overwhelmed by the sudden situation. He was so kind and removed it for us in about 10 mins. His kindness showed dearly as he didnt want to charge us but we just insisted on paying him and so we did because he genuinely deserve his business!
