“MFK Construction was outstanding! We were in escrow on a property for sale and nearing our closing date, and had an emergency situation arise. Mitch at MFK was one of the first responses we received. I told him about our situation, and we set up a meeting immediately. He provided a reasonable quote, and the work began right away. Our client was thrilled to have this stress taken off her plate. There were no surprises or delays, and they did a beautiful job! They demoed two layers, replaced everything, including some fascia, added new joists, applied the waterproof deck coating system, flashing, stucco and paint!
