Excellent work but some communication issues. I’d give them an A+ for quality of work. They’ve had a very difficult time working with the city & it’s difficult for me to tell how much of that is the responsibility of the city and how much their lack of persistence in getting the city to finish their paperwork.

We shopped around several contractors before we met Sean and his team. He was the first to actually sit and listen to us to get to understand our ideas and what we're looking for. Then he put our ideas on paper and started filling in the blanks of what was missing to get to our end result the way we wanted.We ended up doing a full renovation of our 2 bd/1 ba 768 sq ft home to a 3 bd/2 ba ~1,400 sq ft home and converted our garage to an ADU. They did everything by the book and guided us to make the smart proper decisions to give the most long-term value to our property instead of any shortcuts for the ADU.Our full lot was down to the studs and everything was rebuilt...read full review

I couldn't have asked for a better company to help bring my vision to life. From custom kitchen and bathrooms to the entire backyard and pool. The best price and quality I have ever experienced with a construction company thus far.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of home improvement work!
