I contacted Sam for interior painting and patching of some cracks due to movement and water in a custom Laguna Beach home. I had a few estimates and chose Sam because the price was fair and he assured me that he can control the dust from the sanding/patching. He was on time and handled everything very professionally. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
