“This place is BY FAR the best optic/sunglass store Marin has to offer!!!!!! (And it's not even close). The knowledge, kindness, and hospitality of this business, are 2nd to none! I had a pair of RAEN glasses that I had broke and held on too for the past 3 years hoping someone could repair them because the company no longer made this version of them. I had been told by 3 different optic stores that they were, "unrepairable" and to start looking for a new pair. I was just about to finally throw them in the can when I thought I would try one last store, WINK OPTICS! When I arrived I was fully expecting to hear the same thing again, but to my surprise, Frank and Sammy pumped the brakes and said "let us have a look", I had no expectations of them being able to repair them because I had been told it couldn't be done so many times, I just thought I would give it another shot. When I came back into the store and my beauties were sitting right there, looking brand spanking new, I was overcome with so much joy!!!! Smiling ear to ear I couldn't believe it!!! They brought my favorite pair of shades BACK TO LIFE! And to top it off they cleaned and readjusted my other pair while they repaired my old pair. They were so kind, so knowledgeable, and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. THIS is the type of BUSINESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT! Absolutely LOVE these guys!!!“

“I've been coming here for years. When I started, I lived in the area but now I live about 30 minutes away. Although it's a little bit of a pain for me to drive over there, it's totally worth it! The people are very nice and helpful. The store is in a nice little spot and parking is fairly easy. “I've known of Warby Parker for years, but before today, I'd never tried any of their frames. I had a really positive experience at the Corte Madera shop today. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. Best of all, the woman who helped me purchase my new glasses was exceptionally patient while I struggled to choose between two styles. She offered input, but didn't try to take over, and she didn't rush me. I'm looking forward to receiving my finished glasses!“

“Late post. Last September my husband & I visited NYC. I noticed some of my pictures taken that I was wearing my prescription Dior clear glasses, it was slanted. I said I will bring it to Sea Cliff Optometry office to fix it. While waiting for our boarding at the JFK airport going home, I noticed the crack on the right temple of my frame glass. I did not know how it happened. I immediately called Darryl in the office of Sea Cliff Optometry. She asked me to take the picture for which I did & texted it to her. The next day, I saw Darryl wearing my old glasses with prescription. Since I still have the warranty, she sent off my glasses to the lab for replacement. After two weeks, I got my brand new Dior prescription glasses. I really like the service provided by this office especially Darryl who rendered her service without hesitation. Another instance where I lost my prescription Chanel sunglasses in Las Vegas this December. I went to Darryl and ordered a different new Chanel sunglasses. I used up my vision insurance benefit this year. But Darryl made it worked. Now I have my new prescription Chanel sunglasses to wear. I really recommend this office. It is clean, nice staff and they carry different design frame glasses to choose from Chanel, Dior, etc.“

“Update - have had great service with them recently and they were very accommodating during the trial period!

Very difficult to get an appointment scheduled. They need way more doctors on staff. Didn’t feel like my concerns about my prescription history were heard or considered. Prescription for trial period was off which required going back in for another check.“

“My glasses lens fell out of the frame while I was chasing my toddler at the playground, which, if you think about it, is probably the most harrowing place to not be able to see! I walked into Fong and Wong and they were super helpful. The front desk person was very friendly and the doctor managed to remove a broken screw that was stuck in the frame so that the lens could be put back in. They also have a nice selection of frames. “Transferred from another office because my requests were not being met. So happy I did because the staff at Marin Optometry went above and beyond to make things right! Ordered new contacts and they were quick to pull from my secondary ins, then they informed me that I had a $200 credit that could used towards my new order. The old office never found or mentioned this credit. They requested my records be sent, they wanted me to get strength of contact that I was unable to get from my last Dr. they really want me to be happy with my order!I am completely out of my prescription, so they set me up with a weeks worth of sample contacts -how cool is that!!Super friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed no pressure environment! I highly recommend Marin Optometry.“

But then I started hearing about these Ray-Ban Metas, and Kaylee, who works there, came over and totally changed the game. “Overall a wonderful experience! I stopped in with my partner to choose glasses but ended up being seen same day by the doctor who made time.

Considering that I was uncomfortable with my previous prescriptions, the doctor took time to explain each test to me and their findings. They provided some best practices for eye care.

Most importantly, this doctor didn't try to sell me any products or services. Not once: the focus was on care!

That being said, I was able to find three pairs of glasses that were unique, stylish, and fun. I can't wait to get them back.
