“Incredibly helpful, smart, and attentive to detail. Could not be better. We shopped around a lot when our 24-year-old furnace went out. We did not know what we wanted- only replace the furnace, the furnace, and the 24-year-old air conditioner simultaneously, or get a new heat pump.
