“We met with a few window companies before we found David and Action Window, and after completing the work, we would choose Action Window over and over again. David was the most knowledgeable by far of all the window people we met with, and he educated us on local regulations/features required by law (especially important since our home is situated in a fire zone). David also personally comes for the estimate and measures the windows so that the estimate is an accurate reflection of the job price. Action Window also offered the most competitive quote of the other companies we met with. Action Window's installation crew were quick and professional. They handled our property with care and consideration. Action Window responded to all communications in a quick and timely fashion. David took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and even went the extra mile to do some in-person research on some of my more specific questions. The home looks great now and the soundproofing makes a significant difference in our daily lives.“

We were directed to Steve Landry and the professionals of CEO and could not have been happier with the results. After several consultations and lengthy "this is what we want" discussions, it became apparent that Steve is extremely passionate and an absolute window expert not to mention a very patient man. “Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.“

“We recently had our home's exterior stucco and wood trim repainted by GBC Remodeling. We decided to use GBC for two reasons. One was that several years earlier, they were the only company willing to come out on Christmas Eve to patch an emergent roof leak. Secondly the CoolWall Tex Coat paint system they use eliminates appearance of cracks in the stucco due to its elastic property and simultaneously reduces heat retention and mold growth due to its breathability. The job was really large because it included the exterior of two story 4750 square feet house (including two garage doors and exterior doors), the retaining walls in the front, side, and back yard, and the exterior of the guest house in the back. The job did take longer than expected however GBC crew was very receptive to our requests and concerns and completed the project until we were satisfied. Our house now looks beautiful like it did when we moved in 20 years ago. The quality of their work far exceeded our expectation. We ultimately realize that the repainting of our home's exterior by GBC remodeling is a great value.“

“We decided to have a lot of backyard landscaping done this year. After doing our research and even visiting their showroom we had a sale rep Greg Johnson come in June to go over everything we wanted done and get a quote and timeline. Greg was fantastic and on June 20th, 2023, we signed a contract to have demo and replacement concrete work done, install turf, put up new patio cover with fan, lights and usb ports etc. and finally install motorized screens. Our project manager Gary kept us up to date and would answer any questions when we called. This business had many people for the different jobs that needed completed. Most of the work was overseen by Oscar Paredes who managed the installation crew of hard workers. Materials were ordered and handled by Gary and the companies this business works with are wonderful. From the start of the job in June to the finished product in August we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend this business for any of your landscaping needs.
