“For starters we had a very difficult project to outfit with doors and windows. We spent several hours researching and working with other vendors to finally find Priority. We met with Andee B. and with his expertise, we were able to lock down a matching window and door package using Fleetwood Sliders, Marvin doors, Milguard fixed glass, and Anderson 100 series composite. The blending of all the different manufacture's was serious reach form our perspective yet Priority was able to very closely match the black finish we were looking for. Again, Andee was the key organizing the package as there were Milguard trapezoid fixed windows right next Fleetwood sliders and they match near perfectly. Also, as with all large window and door packages the few service issues we ran into were handled promptly by Andee at Priority. Cant say enough about our experience. “We had CD&W replace 2 recently installed new windows botched by another contractor. Keith from CD&W and his team were very professional. They correctly assessed the damage and helped us order new, much better, nicer, windows. Keith pulled out the old (new) windows, corrected the holes to the proper size, and installed the new windows perfectly. He stucco'd the outside, patched the inside, and left us with 2 new beautiful windows in our master bath. This was done perfectly and in short time. I highly recommend California Doors and Windows, especially Keith, and will use them for all future Window and Door needs.“

“Exceptional service providing expert installation with a quick turnaround. Even with supply chain impact due to COVID, Benny was able to install a custom door for a bathroom in 2 weeks time. He gave me an estimate by visiting the site on the same day I called him. On the installation day he came in sharp at the specified time and single handedly brought the prehung door to the second floor and installed it in about an hour. He also installed the additional hardware and the door looks great. I’ll be sure to recommend BJ’s to whoever is looking for their service.“

“We hired Kenco to install 12 new windows and a slider door. They were not the cheapest quote, but were reasonable, professional, and timely in their email communications. So many installers were slow to follow-up or didn't at all - Kenco was great. We had one minor hiccup with a window measurement- the manufacturer messed up - but Kenco was responsive with the fix and made it right. Ultimately, I think Kenco also delivered and installed the windows about 4-6 weeks faster than the other estimates we got and they were spot on with their estimate. I'd highly recommend Kenco.“

“We had four estimates. Builders wasn't the cheapest, but won our business with professional knowledge, attention to detail, quality products, and excellent communication. Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. No sales pitch, just discussion of requirements and the attributes of products available to meet them. Delivery and installation went smoothly, with good support and followup throughout from Nathan. The Bella Vista installation team did an awesome job. Our Milgard Trinsic Windows are beautiful. This was a good experience. I recommend.“
“Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.“

“Francisco My Sales Person through Renewal By Andersen went out of his way from the Beginning making sure I got the perfect window to replace my old Leaky window from All the Rain here in California. He explained and helped me through out this process to assist with financing, Measurement and Installation as well as follow up to Make sure the installers did this correctly as we discussed. He was available by phone and text and he made sure I knew how to operate my double hung window top and bottom, as well how to pull out for cleaning from the inside. He came here to my home right away after work from my text today asking for assistance whenever he was free. “My first work order was submitted January 27th. Ron came out 4 times, a great guy, then finally declared the heater not repairable. Once this was determined, several Sears reps visited us, a necessary process. On March 27th, 2 new heaters were installed in one day. Everyone from Sears were kind, thorough, clean and informative. I went upstairs ready to vacuum up a mess and there was nothing! Ralph and Anthony need a wonderful job installing the heaters. We are very pleased to finally have heat after a very cold winter.“
“We recently had our home's exterior stucco and wood trim repainted by GBC Remodeling. We decided to use GBC for two reasons. One was that several years earlier, they were the only company willing to come out on Christmas Eve to patch an emergent roof leak. Secondly the CoolWall Tex Coat paint system they use eliminates appearance of cracks in the stucco due to its elastic property and simultaneously reduces heat retention and mold growth due to its breathability. The job was really large because it included the exterior of two story 4750 square feet house (including two garage doors and exterior doors), the retaining walls in the front, side, and back yard, and the exterior of the guest house in the back. The job did take longer than expected however GBC crew was very receptive to our requests and concerns and completed the project until we were satisfied. Our house now looks beautiful like it did when we moved in 20 years ago. The quality of their work far exceeded our expectation. We ultimately realize that the repainting of our home's exterior by GBC remodeling is a great value.“
