We have had all of the windows and sliding doors in our home replaced by Pella San Diego over the past 20 years. The first time we went to their showroom we met Matt Eckermann who has been our salesperson for all of the window and door replacements done over the years. Our first project was to replace the windows in our two kids bedrooms. Matt suggested that we replace the old aluminum windows with new bay windows, which made the rooms appear much larger and brought in more light. Everyone was friendly and very professional, I love my new windows and would highly recommend this product and service to everyone. Yes, the windows are pricey, but the product, service, werenty justifies every cent we spent. I bought a pela sliding door recently that broke, and the months later, I'm paying 35 dollars to ship a free warranty part to fix it myself. You get what you pay for.

I had my back sliding door installed. It only took less than a day for the crew to remove the new door and install the new door. I like how the stucco that was replaced went to the border of the door. The sliding is smooth and I like that I now have a screen and lock for the new door. Thanks Pella!
