“We were looking for retractable screen doors for the outward opening French doors going from the living room to the patio. I was looking for an item that would allow me to do it myself to save on cost. After narrowing it down to 3 different choices, I decided on Casper. I had a couple questions, so called in on 2 different occasions before ordering. Both times, the phone was answered promptly, and I was transferred to Kevin in Tech Support who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and complete in his answers and explanations. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could send a couple pictures just to be sure we were on the same page. The doors arrived 3 days after they were ordered. Despite the exceptional packaging, there were 2 plastic tabs that the shipping company managed to break off. I called in, and again the phone was answered immediately. The replacement parts arrived 4 days later, and they also emailed me a video link that totally described how to replace them. That project took about 15 minutes, and the rest of the door installation took under an hour. Pretty sure if I had another set of screens to install that I could now do it in under 30 minutes. The unit is extremely well built, very attractive, and performs exquisitely. It does exactly what we need it to do. I am very pleased with the product, the company, and especially the superb customer service. We didn’t even need to Press 1, etc., etc. And the cost was less expensive than the competition. I highly recommend these folks.“

“Update: BCHR finished up the exterior remodel on our house this week and my wife and I couldn't be more impressed with the final result. The care, quality and craftsmanship they provided was second to none. Every single person associated with our project was outstanding. From day one our salesperson Beata (Bee) made us feel comfortable. She promised we'd love the final product and man was she right. Bee kept in touch with us through the whole project which was awesome because this was the first big project on our home in 17 years. Then there was Trish from the main office who called often just to see if everything was going ok. I mean who does that. Josh and Rene (foreman) were there every step of the way to oversee the demo of all the facia boards and trim, great guys. The paint crew did a wonderful job repairing our outside back patio which had years of dry rot that needed to be replaced before the Tex Cote could be applied. Once all the trim work was finished it came time for the Tex Cote to be applied (which by the way will last forever). Bee helped us choose some beautiful colors that matched up well. Then it was time for the crew to get busy and paint, and man did they ever. They masked everything off before each new color was applied and I can't find any overspray anywhere. I realize I'm rambling right now, but I'm just so thrilled that every single team member went well beyond to help us out. If I could give BCHR 10 stars I would. But don't just take it from me, hire them for all your home remodeling needs and you'll see what I mean. We will be hiring them again. Thanks BCHR, you guys rock!!!.“

“I first met with Andee from Priority Doors and Windows (PDW) at their prior location around the Mission Gorge area. We were interested in getting a Fleetwood sliding door and pass thru kitchen window for our home. However, due to Covid pandemic, we were unable to move forward with our project having to postpone. “Exceptional service providing expert installation with a quick turnaround. Even with supply chain impact due to COVID, Benny was able to install a custom door for a bathroom in 2 weeks time. He gave me an estimate by visiting the site on the same day I called him. On the installation day he came in sharp at the specified time and single handedly brought the prehung door to the second floor and installed it in about an hour. He also installed the additional hardware and the door looks great. I’ll be sure to recommend BJ’s to whoever is looking for their service.“

“We hired Kenco to install 12 new windows and a slider door. They were not the cheapest quote, but were reasonable, professional, and timely in their email communications. So many installers were slow to follow-up or didn't at all - Kenco was great. We had one minor hiccup with a window measurement- the manufacturer messed up - but Kenco was responsive with the fix and made it right. Ultimately, I think Kenco also delivered and installed the windows about 4-6 weeks faster than the other estimates we got and they were spot on with their estimate. I'd highly recommend Kenco.“

“Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. “We recently had our home's exterior stucco and wood trim repainted by GBC Remodeling. We decided to use GBC for two reasons. One was that several years earlier, they were the only company willing to come out on Christmas Eve to patch an emergent roof leak. Secondly the CoolWall Tex Coat paint system they use eliminates appearance of cracks in the stucco due to its elastic property and simultaneously reduces heat retention and mold growth due to its breathability. The job was really large because it included the exterior of two story 4750 square feet house (including two garage doors and exterior doors), the retaining walls in the front, side, and back yard, and the exterior of the guest house in the back. The job did take longer than expected however GBC crew was very receptive to our requests and concerns and completed the project until we were satisfied. Our house now looks beautiful like it did when we moved in 20 years ago. The quality of their work far exceeded our expectation. We ultimately realize that the repainting of our home's exterior by GBC remodeling is a great value.“

“My first work order was submitted January 27th. Ron came out 4 times, a great guy, then finally declared the heater not repairable. Once this was determined, several Sears reps visited us, a necessary process. On March 27th, 2 new heaters were installed in one day. Everyone from Sears were kind, thorough, clean and informative. I went upstairs ready to vacuum up a mess and there was nothing! Ralph and Anthony need a wonderful job installing the heaters. We are very pleased to finally have heat after a very cold winter.“
