I have worked with Chandler and the owner Pete at Pellco for several years. They have always been very honest and upfront with their proposals for my clients. I've trusted Pellco with well over a Million dollars in orders, and not one order has been ordered wrong. Chandler's communication is the best I've experienced in the industry. We updated all of our windows and also ordered bi-folding doors. Nick Fracchia was responsive, thorough, patient, communicative, and professional for the entire several month process, despite the supply chain issues and the fact that we had made multiple changes to our specifications during our order. His customer service is top notch and I highly recommend him. While our windows were being installed, we were missing a box of window trim, which Pellco let us 'borrow' on the same day as installation so that we can finish our project, and they worked it out with the manufacturer to get reimbursed. The best place to go for your windows and doors needs.Craig and the entire team at PellCo practice a culture of honesty, integrity and attention to detail. They consulted and helped me get exactly what I needed for my interior door project.
