All I can say is "Wow". For someone who has been in business for "over forty years" you would think he would know that customer service is needed for reputation. Will not call again for any commercial needs.

When I called, he seemed quite rude and dismissive and wrote me off simply because in his words, I do 99% commercial” which is ironic because I happen to be calling on behalf of a business. I got straight to the point and all I said was “I needed an estimate for a sliding glass door” He also said he’s booked like a week out, which the other places I called are also booked for the next two weeks, but it was also the way he said it. Really didn’t enjoy that engagement at all. Welp, Onto the next
