She was incredibly informative, pleasant and helpful. Hands down the absolute best optometrist I have experienced, and i have been to many. If you live in the area or even if you don't, her practice is absolutely worth a try. As an added benefit, the staff is very pleasant and helpful as well - and not pushy. They were ready for the appointment time, respectful that i was on a time crunch and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. “I visited Seek Vision Optometry for the first time on Thursday, 12/28 for my 10:00 AM appointment and had a pretty good experience. I easily made an appointment on their website two weeks prior. However I did want to point out when navigating to their homepage/website, I keep getting a "Your Connection is Not Secure" Privacy Error text so just be careful of that. However, I don't prefer calling to make appointments so I still opted for their online appointment option, where you can select the specific OD, date and time. I also got a reminder call a day before, which I'm not sure if they provide text reminders (which I personally prefer haha).I went to the office a little earlier than my appointment at around 9:51 am and although I had filled out the pre-visit questionnaire online, I had to fill out another page. Their entry way is a little tight but there's a restroom on the left side as well as a little play section/ additional seating for little kiddos (def kid friendly). I waited until around 10:11 before I was taken to the back. The eye tech was nice but I noticed that she didn't clean the machine before she did the initial testings for me. I'm hoping that the machines were thoroughly wiped with alcohol before patients use them since you rest your chin on them but I wanted to point this out since it's the first time I've seen an eye tech not wipe them in front of you. I should have said something but I didn't. I was taken to my private room and waited a little longer to meet with Dr. Danielle Tsao. She was nice and the appointment was fast/efficient. I agreed to dilate my pupils but I felt like the whole appointment it was hard for my eyes to adjust when she did the screenings (like if this image was clear or not). I had a few questions, but not too much. She had her recommendations, which I appreciated. She is upbeat and seems to be personable so you feel comfortable.Parking: The lot can get a little packed depending on the time you go since there's not too many spots. However, I did not have an issue when I went. The parking spots are pretty small and the ground is uneven so note that it can be a little tricky to part. All in all, it was a pretty good appt, and I look forward to coming back!“

“Amazing experience with Rosemead branch representative Estie! Made 3 online orders on target-optical and it was a disaster despite very low appealing pricing. They declined my Kaiser e-signed vision prescription and requested a “paper version” with doctors wet signature. Representative on the phone highly unhelpful with poor English and asking questions repeatedly. Decided to come in store for help and Estie came to the rescue, helped me call target online to cancel orders right away to release my insurance benefits. (I did the same call and was told to wait 24 hours time before getting benefits back). She also took her time and help me with the reordering and fitting of frames, gave me the best discounted options.Tips to Kaiser members with electronic prescription- don’t order online unless doctors signature is on the form, best to just go in store especially this location!!“

“My family and I have been patients with Snyder Optometry for over 10 years and we have never had any issues and their customer service has always been the best. Anyone who complains about Dr Harland being loud it's probably just as old as Dr Snyder the only difference is that Dr Snyder can still do his job without complaining. The color of my family's or my skin in that office has never been an issue. Unfortunately there is just people in the world that think that they're special and that they can get what they want when they want where they want. Providers have multiple patients not just one and if you can't make your appointment in a timely manner and don't like the fact that you're being told that the office is booked just because you waited until the last minute to make one then you need to find another optometrist. Don't disrespect other people or their job or their age because of your insecurities. However if you had an appointment for a certain service and you're demanding for an extra service to be done when the office is booked and they tell you that they can't perform it for that reason, then you need to make another appointment because it wouldn't be fair to me for my appointment to run late because you decided to have an extra service done to you when it wasn't part of your appointment.“
