“Dr. Chang and his team embody customer service. I was their patient when I lived in Pasadena and would have my eyes checked and glasses made at their store. After moving to San Diego, I had to get my eyes checked on short notice and could not make it up to Dr. Chang's office.Long story short, the OD that I visited in San Diego gave me the wrong script causing me all sorts of chaos. To make matters worse, due to the wrong script from the OD in San Diego, I ended up ordering and receiving wrong lenses.Dr. Chang and his team worked with me to figure it out and let me exchange my incorrect lenses for the correct ones.They have beyond excellent customer service. “I like this office because it's small and responsive. They are usually very organized and professional, and I do like the doctor we see. Today, though, I walk in and there are three ladies in the front office. Nobody looked up or said hi. I sign in, and it's just silence to us (they were chit chatting with each other) until someone finally comes from behind the desk to start the appointment. They are all generally nice and polite and I still recommend this place but it's such a turn off when your come in for service and nobody even acknowledges your presence for many minutes. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.“
