“Been going to this optometrist for the last 5 years and have been pleased with the service. Front desk personnel always greets me to check me in, always prompt getting me in at my appointment time, and the actual doctor visit is very thorough. The staff always allows me to try on all the pairs of glasses I want (knowing they're going to have to put them all back) and helps me chose a pair that look great on my face. They change the selection of frames every 3 months and when I went in this last time they were so cute to let me know they're getting a YSL line in in a few weeks if I wanted to wait to check those frames out. Anyways, large enough selection for anyone to find a pair. The entire appointment between my exam and choosing a pair of glasses had to last just over half an hour. And just like that my glasses will be ready in 7-10 days. And, you can pay half of your balance there and the other half when you pick up. Win-win!!“

Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way. In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses. “My family and I have been coming to Arrow Vision for over 6 years. Doctors Choi and Dr. Bettelheim are very detailed and thorough with their eye examinations. They provide a treatment plan and answer all your questions without rushing you out of the room. This is a big plus! ✅The staff is friendly and accommodating when setting appointments around your schedule. A few months ago, I had a regular eye exam. It was found that I had thickening of the gel like fluid behind my right eye, as I had been experiencing flashing lights and floaters. Dr. Choi alerted me after seeing the images of the back of my eye. Luckily, I was able to get authorization to see an Ophthalmologist at another doctor's office, and no retinal tears or detachment were found. The follow up exams were covered by my insurance. ? The Arrow vision center has parking for approximately 10 cars and a side ramp for wheelchair access. I highly coming here to get your eyes checked. They are proactive with your eye care needs.“
