Brought my dad here as a new patient (because the previous office was *horrible*). THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. From the reception desk, to the intake/techs (Miguel treated my father so well and clearly knows his stuff) to the doctor…one great experience after another. If only we had started here. Highly recommend this place.
Dr Lu was knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time was bad. About 45 minutes but I've had to wait longer at other doctor appointments. That's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5
Dr. Evans was great, but the technicians need a bit more training in customer service. The technician didn’t introduce herself nor did she greet me. I had to chat her up quite a bit to get her to loosen up. She did warm up at the end, but it took some effort on my part.
