“My father's eye doctor moved from his area so we had to find another one closer. After reading the reviews we decided to make an appointment with California Eye Center. From the time we walked in it was the most amazing experience. We were graciously and warmly greeted by the front desk. There was hardly a wait and we were called in by a young gentleman, Vahon. We have never been treated so kindly and hospitably by any medical business! Never have we been offered coffee. Vahon was very professional and knowledgeable and more than competent. He took very good care of my 91 year old father. Then came Dr. Paronian! She took the time to explain in detail and in a way that we could understand the test results and future treatments! She listened to our concerns and put us at ease. My father who is hard to please was so impressed with Calif Eye Center and is looking forward to his future visits! We LOVE all of them!“

“I have read some poor reviews about the office staff dating back from 2020-2022, but I assure all of those problems have been resolved as this facility. My wait time was 5 minutes. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Abnous who did my eye exam was very personable and clearly good at what she does. The woman who helped me select new frames was kind and friendly as well. There was no pressure from her. She patiently worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Then she surprised me and took my old glasses and did an entire service on them...ultrasound cleaning, straightening, installed new nose rests...got them back in tip top shape to use while I wait on my new glasses to arrive. Even the young fella who did my initial processing (checked my old lens, did a preliminary exam of my eyes prior to the Dr doing her thing) was very friendly and professional and happy to answer questions. The staff here took an active role to be sure I was getting the full benefits of my insurance plan as well which resulted in a 30% reduction of the bill. I will not go anywhere else.“

“A rarity in service, efficiency, courtesy, quality, and price. George -- the longtime owner and and repairman extraordinaire -- is the wizard behind the curtain, and does amazing work. I had two broken frames that i waited until the last minute before a trip to get repaired. Veronica, the friendly face at the front desk, managed to get them fixed and back to me in time. She went the extra mile finding the manufacturer and persuading them to replace one frame on warranty. Altogether a very happy experience, and a pleasure to highly recommended Glenview Optical in Glendale to everyone.“
