“The Invision Design Team performed a remodel on my home post-Covid. The process began near the end of Covid, so there were some unavoidable logistical issues related to the pandemic. However, Amber kept me abreast of the delays and promptly responded to my communications. The project remained on budget and adhered to the estimated timeline for completion, or as near as possible with the unforeseen logistical issues. Having been a resident of Santa Cruz for close to 40 years, and having worked in the local construction industry as a framer back in the 1980s, I’ve had less then stellar experiences with contractors through the 30 plus years owning a home here. Amber, Roberto and his team, were always professional, respectful, punctual, and performed quality work. I would definitely reach out to the Invision Design Team again if the need arose.“

Mitch was extremely professional, wearing a mask each time we met, and was respectful of my very curious 14 month old daughter. His whole team was kind, efficient, and on time. Mitch also has great connections around town and over the hill to help me find the items I wanted for rebuilding our kitchen. Our kitchen was stuck in the 80's and had a bad leak and Mitch helped to bring it into the 21st century. I would highly recommend Mitch as he is on time, very easy to communicate and answered all my random questions with grace, and the end result is beautiful.“

“Shannon Demma, Urbana Design Studio is simply amazing! She is fabulous to work with; she has high, positive energy all the time. She is flexible and listens to the client’s needs. She seamlessly walked me though an entire new house build process for interior design, purchase, and implementation. In the discovery phase, she created idea boards to help me visualize our ideas, and she created my floor plan for me to see how these ideas would implement. She also worked directly with my electricians and plumbers to ensure consistency of planning. Once we had a good idea of what I wanted, we went shopping. Shannon took me to multiple sites to preview tiles, quartzite, flooring, lighting, etc. That process is somewhat overwhelming and Shannon kept me calm the entire time. Once I decided on my products, Shannon ordered everything and managed that entire aspect (timelines, product returns when imperfect, costs, etc.), so I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Then she held onto my products for a long time as my contractor was behind schedule. When ready, she supervised the installation of my products into my new home, working directly with the cabinet makers, tile installers, plumbers etc., always with a smile on her face. Shannon added so much value to my new home. I cannot say enough good things about Shannon. I recommend Shannon Demma 100%+!“

Jill also help us select a product that will match our current towel racks. Previously, we shopped at Plumb Elegance and they gave us a hard sell and poor advice. We're sticking with Bay Plumbing for now on.“

“Miguel and his crew did a great job for us on the floor in our kitchen/great room plus a refinish of the floor in our MBR.We originally thought to replace, but he advised us to just refinish what we had (at a substantial savings).His crew repaired existing damage and maintained a neat workplace (blocked off other parts of the house with plastic while sanding, clean/vacuum walls afterwards).They were helpful offering us choices of colorings.Miguel was super responsive/communicative.Would use them again - but I think I'll be all set for the next 30 years!“
