This is an UPDATE from my 5 star 2010 review. After 12 years in our remodeled house that includes new ADU, addition to existing house and total interior remodel we are extremely satisfied. The quality of construction is top notch. No issues or repairs have ever been needed. As we were working with Joe during the construction phase he was very involved in our decision making process. I'm grateful that Joe took the time to help us understand the impacts of decisions both positive and negative. Now looking back I can honestly say Joe improved our original vision. Not one regret in the decisions and final product. I highly recommend J M Construction for any construction job...read full review

JM totally exceeded my expectations. He is "the early bird catches the worm". His know how made our repair efficient! I appreciate appreciate appreciate that he squeezed us in. He understood the timeline of our need and stepped up, while LIKELY juggling other commitments --and made our life happy. He also listened to anything else we wanted to bring to him (future needs). JM is the original JM of Santa Cruz, and is kind to not tell the peeps that took the same name, in the same town, that are in the same field, to CHANGE THEIR NAME. ;-)
