We had a great experience at Bay Plumbing. We worked with Jill-- She was really good at helping us figuring out how to go about replacing our old bathroom facets & fixtures (it wasn't straight forward). Jill also help us select a product that will match our current towel racks. Previously, we shopped at Plumb Elegance and they gave us a hard sell and poor advice. We're sticking with Bay Plumbing for now on.

Like another reviewer, I had an issue being in the store with a child, my well-behaved 4 year old. We are remodeling three bathrooms and I wanted to support local. I work full time and it can be less convenient for me to shop locally than online but I value my community small businesses so I made the effort and went to the store. A female salesperson was very friendly and helpful, even offering that I could take pictures. My daughter was well-behaved the whole time but then needed to use the potty so I asked if she could use theirs (not for me, like as an exception). We were just getting a Delta handheld part. We could not find it anywhere else readily----- without ordering it. The counter man found one for us. He was friendly and very helpful. This company is lucky to have a good employee like this man. Thanks
