Kim is an amazing person. Love her energy she brings. She is very thorough in explaining what she is going to do and making sure you understand the vision. She fixed my hair from a previous stylist, which is coming in and fixing someone else's work is hard to do. She gave me a haircut and i was very happy with it. She took her time, educated me on what products to use to maintain my color and how to care for it. I would definitely recommend her salon.
I saw Chelsea today and Wow. I have literally never felt so seen by a stylist before. She asked so many questions to make sure I got what I wanted but also what it would actually look like on me in case I wanted to tweak things to fit me. OMG! First time getting my hair colored a not natural color. I did pay for a consultation, because i really wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Andy was the best! He helped me figure out what I wanted. Had my hair done with purple streaks. I really wasn't sure exactly what I wanted him to do. He showed me some picture examples and I chose one. We then figured out the hue of purple. I let him take over and tone it down. I told him to have free run with my hair and how the streaks were put in. I almost cried at the finished result! I LOVE IT! I love this place! I have never been happier with a stylist and how my hair turned out.

Been coming to Henry since before the new shop opened and by far he's one of the best barber I've had. He has great quality control and always takes his time to make sure the haircut is done as what I expected. Although a small salon, you can really feel the positive energy from Henry and his staffs. Definitely a new hidden gem.
After trying several other nail salons I went to Kacy's. This place is great! They play relaxing music and have the tv on that you can watch while getting a pedi. The people there know their stuff, do a great job of both mani and pedi. They pay attention to detail and really give you a pampering experience. I have found my new nail salon!

We just moved into our new build home about 2 months ago and haven't ran into any major issues which is a great news! Until we ran our dishwasher for the first time and noticed water spewing out of the air gap near the sink head on our countertop. Being a first time home owner, I had no clue what the issue was so I obviously panicked and started looking up trouble shoots on YouTube. Checked the air gap and didn't seem to find any clog my next thought was that it had to be the plumbing issue and didn't want to mess with that since all our appliances were still under warranty. Instantly called our builders and right away they issued up a work order which came the next day. Andres gave me a call 15 minutes prior to arrival which was great because it gave me enough time to clear some space for him. He was very proactive and I knew right away that he was knowledgeable about the situation. In just a minute or 2 he already found the issue which was one of our tubes was all kinked up. He then replaced our tube with a new one, ran the dishwasher making sure no water overflowed out of our air gap and checked for any leaks under the sink which there wasn't. I hope Andres from the LA county Sterling Plumbing team gets recognized because his professionalism is definitely on point. We feel that we got 100% value from this service and highly recommend using Sterling Plumbing.
Roy stands behind his company and ensures that everything is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Roy made sure that everything was taken care of. I'm completely satisfied with the end product and glad that they were and to install the Pex and mitigate water issues as a result of the old and aging copper piping. After getting many quotes and reviewing many companies we moved forward and hired Rigo's Carpet Care & Services and are so happy we did. The carpets are old and have never been professionally cleaned. They had coffee stains, traffic stains and paint. Rigoberto told us from the get go the paint stains would be tough to remove and due to the age of the carpet he was not sure how much of the coffee stains he could clean but he and his nephew would try their best. They did an amazing job. The carpets look so much better than before. Will definitely use again.
This is an update review from 2 years ago. I've been a client on the biweekly schedule with Annie and her coworker for over a year. A few things that have stood out over the years:+ Communication has always been great. I get a text notifying me when the cleaning crew is on the way and when to expect them. Whenever I reach out via text, I've always received prompt responses.+ Annie has been friendly and professional since the first day. Not only does she try to understand and check my preferences, she lets me know what solutions work or not work well, ensuring the health of my family members who have allergies. Annie always wants me to check each room after she finishes and would clean until my satisfaction.+ Pricing has increased compared to 2 years ago but the increase is reasonable considering the inflation.+ I also appreciate that Maid In Orange is bonded and insured. One time a cleaner broke a burner grate. They replaced it without any issues.I love that whenever Annie and her team come, they leave my house feeling fresh, comfortable and inviting.Previous review in 2022:I test used Maid in Orange for a deep house cleaning (4BR 4.5B, 3000sqft) 3 weeks ago. Was very pleased so now I am on a schedule.What I like are:+ The site and booking, reschedule, paying, etc. are user-friendly. Everything can be modified on my phone.+ Cleaning staff are friendly and professional, especially Gaby. Cater to my needs that change with every cleaning depending on the status of our house.+ Staff can go longer than the scheduled time to complete the clean. You just need to let them know when they arrive. This is not an option with other cleaning services that I have tried.+ Reasonable pricing.+ Love their mission and the community give back.

I recently had Garage Experts do the epoxy flooring in my garage and I couldn’t be happier. They literally transformed my garage into a classy room! I was particularly impressed with how quickly Drew managed to get me on the schedule since he knew I wanted it done for an upcoming party. Sergio with Garage Experts did a great job in carefully putting a few minor items from garage to the side and finishing the epoxy flooring within a few hours. From beginning to finish, we had a great experience with FDC. We were referred to FDC by our General Contractor. We were introduced to Edmon by appointment and took great care of us through the patient process of picking out samples and tips on moving them to different rooms throughout the home to get the proper and different lighting. We took our time determining which Engineered Hardwood flooring would work for us and Edmon was always available to answer questions. We made our choice and installation was scheduled within two weeks. We got a call before the installation that they wanted to demo a couple of days early. The installers were very professional in that we had a lot of furniture and lose items still around the house and we were able to move items freely from one portion of the house to the other and our garage was also filled. Edmon showed up at our place because we were not sure of which direction to have the run of the planks to go. We came up with the solution which made us both happy. A last minute issue came up with the transitions to the bathroom tile which Edmon came up with a transition strip that matched out wood floor perfectly and looks great. The installers also installed new baseboards of our choosing and add extra character to the room.Once installation was fully completed. We had a final visit from Edmon to our home which he inspected and answered our questions about cleaning and maintenance. We are so glad we went with FDC, especially in this post-pandemic times, in that the price and service were excellent.

We have a 20 year old entry way to kitchen Brazilian Cherrywood floor that was looking awful. We thought we needed to replace but I found Specialized Surfaces and contacted them for an appt and Tom the owner was amazing and the crew he sent was incredible. I knew when I saw 3 men hand sanding our floor it would look great in the end which is what happened. Tom suggested to put a satin sheen on the floor instead of the original gloss coat. I didn't know how it would look but it turned out amazing and as Tom said, it will be so much easier to take care of and hides everything. Will absolutely recommend Tom and his company to friends who need something done to their flooring.

The owner and contractor, Dror, did such an incredible job and was very honest. The quality of his renovations was exceptional. He was easy to contact and communicate with. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the job was completed. He gave me a great price quote and guaranteed that he would not ask for additional money which he did not. He went above and beyond what he promised and did additional work that was not part of the scope of the contract and did not charge any additional money. I would strongly recommend him for your home renovations. I am planning to do a kitchen remodel in 1 - 2 years and will use his services again.

We read a funny review that said if you were looking at yelp for recommendations on a backyard contractor/landscaper, you didn't get any good recommendations from your friends and family. In our case, this was partially true. We got around 3-4 quotes from qualified contractors/landscapers, and a recommendation from family. The 3-4 quotes from qualified contractors/landscapers were a joke; one quoted something like 60% above the verbal estimate, the other stopped responding when we had a few snowball questions on the estimate, and one literally told us to put plants on top of a concrete foundation. I think what he meant was to let some weeds grow in between the pavers. Lastly, the worst was the family recommendation, which you'd think would not be the case. Not all was lost, however, since some design ideas from discussing with the first few contractors filtered into our final design for our backyard, which I would recommend if you are the DIY type on coming up with a landscape design. We made an appointment with Will to come by to discuss. He was prompt, courteous and made a real effort to get to know us and hear out our ideas/plans while making some light recommendations of his own. It also helped that their bid was within our budget and very competitive. When we were close to pulling the trigger on selecting CCC, we noticed a discrepancy on licensing that we needed clarified. Will did no hesitate to put us in touch with Chris, the owner, who clarified what we noticed immediately, and appreciated the forthrightness. We were put on the list to begin 3-4 weeks after signing and making the deposit payment. Sean was assigned as our PM and we were glad we got him. Not only was he on top of every aspect of the project, but he steered us into making some better decisions, and ultimately, save us a little money in the process. Texts, emails, etc were all returned very fast, and I didn't ever feel like I was chasing Sean or CCC to get anything done (which seems to be a common thing in many contractor/landscaper reviews I read). Some notable things that I'll highlight during the process and in closing the project out were: - That CCC started and ended mostly on time. - That CCC allowed us to use our own design, help refine it through suggestions, and didn't try and take any shortcuts with what we wanted. - That CCC was flexible in allowing us to choose some of the materials (pavers, lighting) and did not limit our options. - That CCC worked w/ us to add or remove line items, well after the contract was signed, to allow flexibility in the project for things we did not use or things we needed that we didn't factor in. - That CCC provided written contract changes, or agreed through emails, etc when changes did occur to keep the paperwork straight, so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings later. - When there was a mistake made in the pricing of one of the contract line items, that was in our favor, CCC honored the price agreed and did not try and upcharge me for the difference. - That CCC cleaned up, put away, and were generally consummate professionals while onsite. We love our backyard, and we are very glad we went with CCC in the end. One other thing also: these guys do massive, large dollar value jobs. But they also did ours, and they didn't look down on us or treat us any differently than the million dollar jobs they may have been working at the same time. Now, that's respect and commitment. I would recommend Chris, Sean and the CCC team for any job, big or small, and they would be the first ones we'd call if we have future home improvement projects. Thanks again guys. Side note: Don't be a Danielle Downer below, and be realistic on what can and can't be done, especially given timelines around holidays. I really wish I could give them 5 stars because there were a lot of good things I could say about working with Battres, but they really just missed the mark in the end. My kitchen remodel was not completed by the date promised and their communication was not the best. I also had to point out a few things that were left unfinished or not to my expectation. They tried correcting a few things after, but the workmanship in the end felt rushed and a bit sloppy. I waited to submit this review to see if they would make it 100% right for us, but unfortunately they have not responded too well. In fact they want me to pay additional to get the perfect finishes (that I expected to begin with).

We have had a massive rat (NOT mouse) infestation of the attic and house for months since our renovation. We had "rat" insulation guys come out and replaced our entire attic as well as "rat proofing" things. This costs us over $6000. Rats came back the next day. The insulation guys came out again to "rat proof" it some more. Didn't help. You really do need a DEDICATED rat group to get rid of them. This company is it. Completely got rid of our rat problem and found small and massive holes the other guys didn't see and sealed it up. Highly recommended!

genuinely the best experience i've ever had in a clinic, everyone is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and passionate with what they do and i felt so comfortable and taken care of. i received a consultation exam, x-ray, thorough cleaning, and all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth taken out while they were offering their time for their collaboration with @transitionsoc and @lgbtqcenteroc to open more access to their excellent dental care. everyone wore a mask during our visit too! the cleaning was straight forward and very detailed, and the wisdom teeth extraction went wonderfully. they numbed me and got everything out with very mild discomfort and lots of cute humming and encouragement i'm definitely going to be coming here from now on for my dental care, and this experience reaffirmed my passion for community building and i'm so grateful for everyone involved who made this possible!! wonderful team :) there is a narrow alley that leads to the back of the building with about 10 parking spaces, i was able to snag a spot coming in early but there is street parking close by i cannot recommend them enough, i'm honestly overjoyed with the care i received and it made going to medical visits a lot less daunting

Northgate dental is the best dental office in town and surrounding areas! Doctor Park is truly amazing, professional Doctor. I know her for about ten years, even before she had her office in Santa Ana. It is quite bit far for me, takes about two hours, one way, to come for a visit, but even if she would be in San Francisco I would find the way to come to her and only her. I have had experience with different dentists, but no one that professional and caring as Doctor Park.Office stuff are very-very kind, professional, and positive people.

I really enjoy visiting my chiropractor Dr. Patel. He takes his time to assess my pain and anything new going on. I never feel rushed. The treatments at the office has improved my pain especially the E-stim and the adjustments on my neck. I always feel at ease after my sessions here; less tension on my back and neck. It prepares me to be functional at work and at home plus I get better sleep.
I have had chronic lower back pain and TMJ from many years and had went through multiple Chiropractors in OC but none had made any of my pain improve. I was recommended by a friend to go to Dr. Kris last June. I signed up for the complete package for the full 6 months treatment after the first few visits and notice the improvement. Dr. KRIS and his wife, SASHA have been SAVING MY LIFE since. I’m so grateful to found them and their amazing work effort to always help improve my overall health from lower back , Migraines, and my TMJ issues. They have treated it all and they been doing such a great job! I see a HUGE IMPROVEMENT in my posture, and my overall back health. They also have the sweetest staff, Mari, who always so kind and sweet. The only problem I have with this place is their location, it’s a bit too far from my house. I am in my late 60's and have been going to chiropractors since my late 20's. In all these years I have never been to a chiropractor that adjusted me like Dr Fiore did. He is the first chiropractor that has truly made me feel better and I now have a more normal life.The adjustment lasted a very long time. When I first went to see him, I was in pretty bad shape (my neck pain was pretty severe where in order to turn my head, I had to turn my whole body along with it, and I also had lower back pain). I first had a verbal and physical evaluation. Then I had an advanced imaging technique of the spine (Cone Beam Computerized Tomography) which laid out a roadmap letting Dr Fiore know exactly what was wrong with me so he could perform an adjustment specific to my situation. Dr Fiore then performed the adjustment and that same day I started to feel better. It took at most 7 or 8 visits for me to feel 100% normal, like I hadn't felt in years. I still go to see Dr Fiore on a monthly basis just to get checked and to make sure that my alignment is still holding. To this day (in 9 1/2 months), I've only had 1 adjustment. I strongly recommend Dr Fiore regardless of the amount of pain you're in, if any (the first Subluxation occurs at birth). Dr Fiore, thank you, thank you, thank you!

It's been many years since I've been to SCFH, and I'm surprised I never posted a review when I was going. I want to say I had treatment between the years of 2014 - 2016. The office provides Chriopractic (Dr. Joe), Accupuncture (Dr. Yang), and Massage (several people). The great thing about this office is that they provide all the treatments on the same day. I found them by researching my insurance and reading reviews. It was good timing when I found them. I had severe pain on the right middle to upper back and under the shoulder blade. I also had stiffness in my neck, headaches, and severe dizziness. The treatments gave me temporary relief. With time, the pain lessened, and my neck loosened. The dizziness was a hit or miss, but I'd take any relief done physically, opposed to taking a bunch of oral medication that does very little in getting rid of the symptoms and cause other internal damage.I started with twice a week, then went once a week as maintenance. I was disappointed when the office stopped taking my insurance. Apparently, the insurance gave the office a hard time about paying for the treatments. Dr. Joe explained that it took his billing adminsrators a lot of effort to have the insurance pay. At times, the insurance would deny payment 3 times before they paid. That would be months before the office got paid. Because of this, they stopped taking me with insurance unless I paid cash. It wasn't financially feasible for me, as a one household income, to pay out-of-pocket, so I settled in finding a chiro that was able to take my insurance. When I found a new Chiro office, they didn't offer many services. At the time, it was something, opposed to nothing, just to keep the progress that was done by SCFH afloat. I have yet to find an office as good as them.As far as the day-to-day treatment. When you arrive, they put you on a roller or water table (your choice). Once a masseuse is available, they will take you to the room where that person will ask you what areas you'd like worked on and/or the Dr. will advise the areas to focus on. Then, you'll see Dr. Yang for acupuncture. Finally, you'll meet with Dr. Joe for adjustment. It's a perfect transition to getting your body loose and ready for the adjustment. I sure wished that as much as I went for treatment that my problem would resolve completely. However, working sedentary for most days and playing competitive volleyball would continue to agitate those areas. The doctors provided information on stretching and strengthing. Dr. Yang even suggested I buy a traction instrument to help with the curvature of the neck (military neck), which would help with the pinching in the neck and upper spine.All-in-all, I am very grateful to have found this office. They are good people, doing good things for people with chronic pain. If medicine hasn't worked for you, it's worth supplementing Chiropractic, Accupuncture, and Massage into your medical routine. I wish them continued success! Lastly, I will go on a rant here, can the insurance companies stop being tyrannts when it comes to paying these providers and hindering people's healthcare. The only place I have taken my furbabies for over 17 yrs. My furdiva will be 11 next month and thus is the only place I will take her for her care. Great prices, staff is super friendly, clinic is always clean, and although I have never left my furbabies overnight, I have seen many being picked up/dropped off. Pet parents seem very pleased and furbabies very content.. I have actually seen staff, with what I assume, are borders, in pet park/area at corner of parking. It is safe for a lil playtime with my furdiva and always clean as well, Always have and always will refer family and friends..

We took our dog Sammi for her dental work. Unfortunately, a few of her teeth needed to be extracted. Dr. Ransom & Johanna were so informative, caring and compassionate and made our Sammi very comfortable during the procedure. Thanks Alona Animal Hospital!
I really do recommend this place mostly with anyone that has bunnies. My little girl been sick for a while wasn’t sure what was wrong with her found out since she in the older stage rabbits usually get unbelievably sick. & in the bill in the end wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I needed an affordable place & found one. The only thing that was bit on the pricey side was the X-ray which made sense. Dr called in next two days to check up how my girl was doing & to give me updates on the X-ray. Recommend if she still needs medication to come back & refill them. I’m absolutely coming back with my other bunnies for a check up as well for them ??????

JL Spa Massage is a great place to relax, making you forget your troubles with its peaceful vibe. Grace is awesome at giving foot massages that make you feel super relaxed and taken care of. I really think you should try JL if you want to chill and feel good.
Physical therapy here is absolutely great! I came in with slight torn pecs and came out able to do full range of motion on both sides of my pecs. Like any PT, time, consistency, and patience is key. This place focuses on helping you w movements and exercises that will help you get better. The PTAs here like Sammy, Mitra, and Loura are all good with their styles of treating patients. I absolutely recommend this place.
