We love our remodeled home! This was our first time doing something like this and we weren't really sure what to expect. Everything from start to finish was done with care! The demolition team and all the workers kept everything as clean as possible at the end of each day. We remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom, took down a wall to create an open concept, raised the floor in our family room, put in new floors throughout our home, and the cherry on top is a brand new addition laundry/pantry room! This was my first time doing a remodel but EVERYONE at Battres Construction were so personal and professional that my fears were quickly put to ease. Every room of my townhouse was being touched or redone in some form or fashion, especially my kitchen where a wall was removed in order to have a more open concept, along with the layout of my kitchen cabinets being re-configurated and custom cabinets brought in. Juliza Castellanos was my Designer, and Sam Battres was my Project Manager. Along with Jonathan Rivera and Izzy himself of course, I could not have asked for a better team!
