“We had a new HVAC system installed in 2020, and since it was installed the heater rarely worked--the original installer couldn't figure it out, nor could 3 other HVAC companies we had look at it over the years. Apparently our furnace is an Ultra-Low Nox system and they're very finicky. Urso Air was recommended to us and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable about these systems and sent Ryan out to take a look. He identified the issue, replaced a part under its warranty and now our heater works. Ryan and the folks at the office were professional, easy to talk to and engage with, which is rare these days. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will call them in the future if we need more help with our temperamental furnace!“

“About two weeks prior to this service, I had Stephens Plumbing and Heating out to my home for an issue I had with my Heater. FIVE STARS on that service. This time I called and asked for an inspection on my drains. Galan and Jacob responded and conducted a very thorough inspection. “Finally found the Best A/C & Heating company! I met Mark and his team while they were installing a new unit at my neighbor's house and knowing my extremely picky neighbor, I decided I needed Mark and the team at my house as I'd been searching for someone to come out and change our filters and check the air ducts. He worked around MY schedule (which is unheard of!) and came out the following week. They filmed the air ducts and showed me how much they needed cleaning, which was my concern. I had them go ahead and do it for $2000 less than I was quoted by another company. They were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job. I also had filters changed, etc. Mark is extremely fair in his pricing and he wants to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with the job. He and his team are very trustworthy which, to me is very important. They are all very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, clean and professional. You can't ask for a better team than that. “Have a samsung heat pump installed in 2021, the compressor went out recently, PM Mechanical sent Edwin out determined the problem, ordered a new compressor, when they rec'd the compressor, Laura/Michelle set up a repair day, tech repaired in a day, All under Warranty. AC working fine, Thank You. I was charged for inspection and labor, compressor was under warranty.“
