On the 2nd call, he asked if I wanted him to still come by and make sure I didn't go with another company. The 3rd call, he informed me he was 30mins out. He got here, told me what the problem was, & fixed it within 45 mins! He was reasonable and very knowledgable. He shared some tips with me as well!!
