Ronnie was fabulous, did an excellent job explaining everything to me. About what he was doing. Cleaned up the mess from broken sink aka water, dirt from pipes. Highly recommend Ronnie!
I was very upset and frustrated with rooter hero because of a cancellation. That is until Ronnie arrived. Ronnie was so professional and courteous. He did an amazing job explaining and outlining the problems we had. Ronnie was an absolute delight to work with. We appreciate and definitely recommend Ronnie as a service professional or as some would call him, a stand up guy. Thank you Ronnie.
I had a great experience with Rooter Hero plumbing! From the initial contact with customer service regarding my particular issue to the second phone call routed I was very pleased with the courtesy and kindness of those I spoke with. The actual visit was with Francisco and again the level of service was top notch. Francisco was thorough in explaining things and super kind to speak with. I felt comfortable asking many questions without feeling brainless! Although I needed time to make a decision he was very understanding and I would not hesitate to call them again to do some work!
