And the owner himself came over after the installation to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure we didn't have any questions. I was having a little trouble connecting our new Nest thermostat to my phone app and the owner contacted Nest customer support for me and stayed until it was all set up. I was very impressed!“

“Wow! That was one of most pleasant experiences. Lior came by to check on one furnace and went above and beyond by doing a full inspection of all the other AC units and furnaces in the building. He took time to explain what he was doing and what I need to do to maintain the unit to avoid future issues. All around a really kind hearted and genuine human. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and did a thorough service (more than what was requested) without charging any extra fee. Highly recommend.“

“My air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Air Tech 24 scheduled a technician for the very next morning (arrival window between 9 am and 12 noon). The technician arrived at 9:01 am. He immediately diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and replaced it using one from his vehicle. He also informed me of their annual service recommendation plus a couple other additions to the system he recommended. Very friendly and not pushy about the add-ons.
