I used this company a year ago and very sorry I didn't rate them. The BEST air and heating company in town! Everyone is friendly and professional from top to bottom management/staff. Communication is the best. A quick call and someone will answer. They keep you updated on any changes that might arise. Josie, Priscilla and James were great! Thank you!!

We had our ducts replaced and new insulation put in by 74 Degrees. They had the most reasonable estimate of those we got. The team did awesome work. Very efficient and hard working. They removed all of the old materials and cleaned up after themselves. I expected to have a lot of vacuuming after the work but had to do none. Very much recommend this company.

Still stellar service. I can count on them to service all of the units in my apartment building. I had a heater go out and they were able to diagnose, order parts and install with minimal interruption to the tenants.
