“Affordable vet! I’ve been here twice. The first visit is when my cat had a fever. The second visit is a year later when my second cat began to have breathing problems. I usually go to a different vet for their yearly shots, but this is my second option. They were extremely helpful both times and my cats recovered each visit. The receptionist ladies are quick answer the phone and are accommodating when scheduling an appointment. The vet workers in the back know what they are doing and are kind. I didn’t spend over $500 for both of the visits, and my kitties recovered days later!“

“I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully“

“My kitty, Calypso, always had wonderful care with everyone at Claremont. The front desk staff is efficient and pleasant. The techs are caring and gracious. The doctors who saw Calypso, Leggeri and McDonald, are informative, thorough and communicative. However, my most recent need was euthanizing my dear sweet friend. It followed a month of exploration into what was wrong, referring me to an outside vet for confirmation and discussion so that I was able to make the decision to go the palliative care/end of life route that was best for Calypso. When the time came to let Calypso go, the Claremont front desk was so kind. The tech was so gentle. Dr. McDonald was professional yet understanding, tender and compassionate, letting me know exactly what she was about to do on each step. The empathy from all was not sappy but distinct. I was given as much private time with Calypso as I needed during the various stages of the process. It was awful to lose my beloved sweetheart but I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me help Calypso move onto her next journey. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you all enough.“

They were with us for the entirety of my labs 12 years from his first shots till being put to rest last August after cancer. They continue to care for our four-year old maltipoo, and our recently rescued one year-old pitbull. we are grateful to have such a strong team there for us when needed.“

“Walked up to this wonderful busy little local eatery. Waited for a few minutes, but it was worth it. The clam chowder was excellent. "The Louisiana Hot" was on special- Basically an egg scramble with onions, bell peppers, spinach, jack cheese and Louisiana sausage. Delicious to say the least. Debra and the staff was incredible.“

“This vet is our go-to! Whenever I go here I know my pup is in good hands. Dr. Wehren is extremely attentive, kind and knowledgeable. She answers all of my questions and I really trust her recommendations. My rescue pup is shy but this office goes above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable. The vet techs are superb and I've always had an A+ experience with them - Dawn, Ryan and Adris to highlight a few :) Mocha and I highly recommend this vet“

“Alright, here is where I rescind the previous review; Broadway Pet redeemed themselves when the abscess would not abate and she needed to be seen again. They took her right away, luck of the draw perhaps, but no emergency appt. fee, the vet, Dr. Schultz met with me, did a thorough checkup and explained the rule-outs and plan of action for it. My concern was for the necessity of lab work recommended to change antibiotics, a condition that has not been fully detailed to me as needed, and as the cost of labs are the insane part of the bill (340), I challenged that part of the estimate, and they withdrew it and gave me a different antibiotic straight up. They also waived the second abscess draining fee, that was stellar, and their overall care, concern and management of me and my cat was so much better - like the old days. They ended up doing TWO drainings, and guess what? Found a foxtail in the second one, which they gave to me to show me. That's good service. Second bill was 125, Yes. They did right by me. i remain loyal, as they demonstrated their commitment wholeheartedly. They are good.“

“Staff are pleasant, attentive and well versed in care and concern for the patient, whether new or existing. Very patient and kind. Our 'baby' just underwent a big surgery with lots of factors. Dr. Robert Linville was tactfully straightforward and reassuring. The Dr. shared his expertise and individual attention and we felt at ease.. Thank you to all for great teamwork care and concern!“

“Have been our clan’s go-to clinic for the past 3 yrs! Started with my first baby and now all 4 of them ????
Appreciate the admin team for always supporting us with appointments and paperwork alike.
Have seen different vets at the practice, but just after 1 recent appointment, we know we love Dr. Orellana! Moving forward, we hope to continue our appointments with her ✨
Last but not least, Quincee has been awesome with send-offs ? thank you so much for always loving and caring my babies!

P.S. The fact that they take Trupanion direct payment assures my mind for major illnesses and emergencies during weekdays. For weekends, the emergency hospital with Trupanion direct is in Concord.“

“My dog was wounded. I got an appointment that morning. Vet tech was kind and gentle. Doctor cleaned and examined her wound. She was thorough and caring. I saw 4 other dogs come in that morning. People and animals were all calm, unafraid. The best experience I've had at a veterinarian. Doggy is back to her old self in 12 hours. This is my new vet!“

“Nice place. Professional people. Great techs. Appointments taken on time. Got dental surgery for my guy on quite a short notice. Was afraid he could not be seen due to a lack of recent vaccines, and records since he had only been to moving clinics and a cheaper unreliable vet, but it was no issue! He’s a bit difficult and still handled him great. Definitely the vet we will be sticking with. More on the pricey side but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a good vet.“

“We've consistently had a great experience with all of the staff, vet techs and veterinarians at Berkeley Dog and Cat Hospital. They've taken great care of our dog who has a rare and serious bleeding condition, both in the acute emergency as well as outpatient settings. For primary care we currently see Dr. Sirkis, who is great. Even though our dog's condition is very rare, she takes the time to research questions we have to give us an informed response.“
