“Dr. Chang and his team embody customer service. I was their patient when I lived in Pasadena and would have my eyes checked and glasses made at their store. After moving to San Diego, I had to get my eyes checked on short notice and could not make it up to Dr. Chang's office.Long story short, the OD that I visited in San Diego gave me the wrong script causing me all sorts of chaos. To make matters worse, due to the wrong script from the OD in San Diego, I ended up ordering and receiving wrong lenses.Dr. Chang and his team worked with me to figure it out and let me exchange my incorrect lenses for the correct ones.They have beyond excellent customer service. It was my first time getting contact lenses as a 30+ woman and Ada sat with me for almost an hour training me how to put on the lenses and watch me take them off, very patient and encouraging.“

They are very patient and carefully explained everything, including what the insurance covers. We love the Silhouettes frames for its lightness, and the Tiffany frames are very stylish and beautiful. Be prepared to spend over an hour for each appointment.“
