930 Cole St, San Francisco“I first recommended to ASP from a teammates parent when my older daughter Nelly tore her ACL in high school. I was so pleased to to see the care and patience they had for her in her recovery and helped her back to return for her senior year. Excellent staff and a very knowledgeable team that developed a perfect program for her needs. It eventually lead her to major in Kinesiology in college and currently is wrapping up her masters. I was so pleased with their professionalism that we enrolled our youngest , currently in 8th grade, in a program for her strength and conditioning. They were able to detect a possible injury waiting to happen as my daughter tended to walk inward which could’ve lead to a knee injury. I’m glad to say they fixed the problem with a great program. She’s been there for almost 2 years and had comments from several coaches on how strong and fit she has become ( not so lucky for those who play against her lol). If you are looking for overall conditioning orRecovery, this is the place to be. It also prepared my daughter , not only for the physical part, but the mental. She built her strong mentality that ultimately got her accepted to her future high school SHC ! ASP is perfect for the mind and body!!Thank you Jack, Jared and Hannah at ASP!!!“

Before beginning by training sessions I had mentioned my injuries and Brian planned the training program keeping my injuries and goals in mind. I have been training for few months now and I have never had any injuries and happy with my progress.During our sessions, Brian is constantly offering clear and effective feedback for getting the most out of each exercise- a telltale sign that he's paying close attention. He makes small adjustments in posture and movements that are immediately felt, and I leave each session feeling like I got the most out of the hour.I would highly recommend Brian. I've had several trainers in the past and Brian is by far the BEST!!!!“

201 King St, San Francisco“I found Flagship when I was recovering from an injury and interested in giving CrossFit workouts a try, and the coaches here are amazing! Nikki, Anais, and Liz do a great job of introducing each exercise, and it feels like there's a good amount of personal attention even when the classes are larger. The coaches make sure you feel comfortable with the movements and have the proper form, and help adjust workouts for any injuries. The equipment is really nice and the gym is spacious, so I enjoy coming here to exercise. I like that the workouts are published in advance so I know what I'm getting into, and I also really appreciate that they have multiple membership options, all transparently priced on their website. Joining Flagship was an excellent decision, and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!“

My goals were to lose my pandemic weight (about 20 lb) and build stronger habits around nutrition and exercise. Francisco was an amazing trainer who helped me achieve my goals while also giving great, practical advice on how to be healthier in my 30s. I have trained with personal trainers before and have been disappointed with their approach (they would be a drill sergeant rather than a guide and teacher). Francisco will meet you where you are in terms of your physical abilities and keep track of your progress so you can celebrate your personal milestones. He also gives great advice on what will get you the results you are looking for. I'm grateful I started training with Francisco early so that I could lose the weight over a longer period and walk away with a strong foundation of how to train on my own. Thank you, Francisco!“

The Firm offers private group training, so a 3:1 ratio of people to trainer. I found it a great way to get personalized help without paying private training rates. Highly recommend Chris or Gary, they both are very kind/professional/taught me a lot on form. JJ the owner is also very nice and was almost always there when I was in. The community is nice and felt very comfortable/supportive and helped me stay consistent. The only con is the times to book were pretty competitive to sign up for especially for morning slots.“
