“Mr. Tapia and his team did it again, what a dream team -- a great job on my kitchen project. Their scope was: demolition, flooring, backsplash, and final details. They were so respectful of my home - Just one of many example: they prep by protecting all areas with plastic sheeting and plastic covers on my carpets. Mr. Tapia guided me to manage the project with all of the different contractors. When we were planning the project, he said "you can do this, save some money." The project was complicated, but he was right, I did it (with his tutoring of course)! Mr. Tapia is a fine team leader and loves what he does; it shows in his commitment and the quality of the work. After the great job on my primary bath, I didn't even get other quotes for the Kitchen project. I could not be happier. --Next is the guest bathroom.“

“I needed new sink basins to be installed & I reached out to many companies to remove the counter top & reinstall. Many companies said they couldn't do it & I was told since it's granite countertops they will crack therefore new granites need to be installed. I needed the granite to be the exact color as the existing one. All the companies I have reached out to wouldn't help me color match except Otto. He came to the property multiple times to find the exact match. I appreciated his attention to detail & going above and beyond to find the granite. A deposit was made to get the material and prep work began.Countertops in the kitchen, guest bathroom countertops, and master bathroom countertops needed to be replaced. Otto & his team did the work from start to finish which I appreciated tremendously. I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies. One stop shop! I did stop by a few times to the property to ensure everything was completed as time progressed. I realized the plumbing for the sinks weren't done, but that was an easy fix. I just contacted the office & was able to get that fixed within a day. There was a little miscommunication regarding the phone line and it was covered up with the backsplash but they came out to uncover it quickly. If I had any questions I was able to get in contact with Kathy easily (I believe she's the office manager, I can't remember). Overall, I will recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their property. They take pride in their work & value their customers.“
“I needed to get some new hardwood floors in my house and they did a wonderful job installing them. The owners, Markos and Eugene, were very kind and informative. They also did a spectacular job when they put in carpet. The store had so many samples to look so you can really gauge all of the options. They organize them by brand which makes it easy to find things and research about different brands. Very efficient people doing the job especially Sam, Fernando, Guvein and Servando I would definitely recommend if you need to get new floors.“

“I highly recommend the floor depot! We had our condo remodeled a couple months ago, replacing all the carpet and old tiles with laminate floor and MSPC. Raymond (the owner) came to do the measurements himself and provided an estimate which turns out to be pretty accurate. No hidden fees no asking you to do estras during the process. The price is quite affordable too. My condo is 1200sqft. It took the crew 3 days to finish the work. A lot of time was spent on getting rid of the old tiles otherwise it would have faster. And this is when we still live inside - the workers have to move our furniture around everyday. So very impressed with the speed. I also love the materials. Good quality and color. Looks fantastic! Much much better than previously.“
“We just finished having the major part of our house (approx. 2000 sq. ft) re-floored by Andro Pinto Flooring. We did receive a competing quote, but chose Andro based on our need for flexibility as we had to shift almost all the contents of every room in the house.Our installer, Bauya, did a great job installing the water-resistant laminate floors we chose and new baseboards. He has a real focus on quality work and customer satisfaction, and was able to make several good suggestions for improving the installation. What I appreciated most was how clean everything was left by him at the end of the day.Communcation was good and Andy himself came by for the the detailed quote and visited at times to check on the installation. He also came to review the final results and remind us of the warranty on the installation.Very reliable, reasonable pricing, highly recommend.“

He is very knowledge on all of the different types of flooring they offer and was sure to guide me toward the flooring options that would work best for me. I was remodeling my home in San Carlos. I ended up purchasing 2,000 sqft of European Oak and it looks beautiful in my home! Their installation manager, Rolando I believe, did the job in only a couple days as I was in a time crunch. “We shopped around few floor vendors in the Bay Area and we felt Perfect Flooring to be the best partner for few different reasons. They are knowledgeable about the floors, crisp and clear communication from the start, and reasonable prices. It only took two meetings to understand what we needed and got it ordered. The invoices were clear and transparent. At the time of material pickup there was a issue with manufacturer's warehouse but Tiffany clearly managed the communication and provided an every two hour to four hour update and options. Andy also was quick to provide an estimate for the floor installation. Unfortunately, we had to go with our current contractors for installation for other reasons unrelated to floors. Definitely recommend Perfect flooring!“

“Our 22-year-old wood floors had water and sun damage, along with usual wear and tear, especially in our kitchen. The DG crew replaced the damaged boards, sanded and applied finish to the remaining rooms and hallway. The results were beyond our expectations--it looked as if all the floors were newly installed. The crew was also careful in covering cupboards and built-ins with plastic, which kept dust to a minimum. Their pricing was fair for what they accomplished--we couldn't be more pleased.“
