“Searching for a remnant of a no longer popular granite was frustrating. I called more than a couple dozen fabricators and granite suppliers. It was surprising how many who answered knew their remnant inventory by memory - I had the impression few wanted to bother to actually see what they had. When Jogreet answered my call at IRG, she said she would check and call back. Have you heard that before??? Well, she did and found a damaged piece of granite in the type I needed.My husband checked out the granite a couple days later after Jogreet arranged to have it moved to the Dublin location. It was going to work and there was enough unblemished granite to do the repair.Kudos to Jogreet for exemplifying what quality customer service looks like. We will be happy to recommend IRG to anyone we know seeking natural stone. BTW - We peeked around the inventory and the selection was inspiring!“
“I needed to get some new hardwood floors in my house and they did a wonderful job installing them. The owners, Markos and Eugene, were very kind and informative. They also did a spectacular job when they put in carpet. The store had so many samples to look so you can really gauge all of the options. They organize them by brand which makes it easy to find things and research about different brands. Very efficient people doing the job especially Sam, Fernando, Guvein and Servando I would definitely recommend if you need to get new floors.“

Aaron came out and took measurements, Chris was my go-to person for samples, scheduling and pricing and Jesus and his team worked seamlessly to get my new flooring in quickly. My house is on a concrete slab and I knew that there had to be some cracks. I also had 5 different types of flooring throughout my downstairs that they had to deal with. I did have some large cracks but they took care of them quickly and got new flooring installed within two days. I'm amazed at how beautiful it looks. It's such a huge difference. Doing any sort of work comes with a lot of stress but this group of guys made it a lot easier on me and I truly appreciate that. Thank you again!!!“

“I highly recommend the floor depot! We had our condo remodeled a couple months ago, replacing all the carpet and old tiles with laminate floor and MSPC. Raymond (the owner) came to do the measurements himself and provided an estimate which turns out to be pretty accurate. No hidden fees no asking you to do estras during the process. The price is quite affordable too. My condo is 1200sqft. It took the crew 3 days to finish the work. A lot of time was spent on getting rid of the old tiles otherwise it would have faster. And this is when we still live inside - the workers have to move our furniture around everyday. So very impressed with the speed. I also love the materials. Good quality and color. Looks fantastic! Much much better than previously.“
