I have known Eric for 15 years. I first met him when I needed to have a shower pan replaced. I was amazed of the craftsmanship he showed. This is was an older house that presented many challenges. Others who came refused to do the work as they said they had no access to the underside of the shower. That didn't stop Eric who crawled on his hands and knees to get the job done. Fast forward to this year when I called him again to do another pan in our house. Same response. Came on time and did the job to 100% satisfaction. I've been using Eric for the past 15 years for all my tile projects. He did three bathroom remodels for us and just earlier this year he completed our kitchen -- both backsplash and floor. He is very detailed, very precise, very neat, and knows his stuff. You can't go wrong.
