Aaron came out and took measurements, Chris was my go-to person for samples, scheduling and pricing and Jesus and his team worked seamlessly to get my new flooring in quickly. My house is on a concrete slab and I knew that there had to be some cracks. I also had 5 different types of flooring throughout my downstairs that they had to deal with. I did have some large cracks but they took care of them quickly and got new flooring installed within two days. I'm amazed at how beautiful it looks. It's such a huge difference. Doing any sort of work comes with a lot of stress but this group of guys made it a lot easier on me and I truly appreciate that. Thank you again!!!“

“I highly recommend the floor depot! We had our condo remodeled a couple months ago, replacing all the carpet and old tiles with laminate floor and MSPC. Raymond (the owner) came to do the measurements himself and provided an estimate which turns out to be pretty accurate. No hidden fees no asking you to do estras during the process. The price is quite affordable too. My condo is 1200sqft. It took the crew 3 days to finish the work. A lot of time was spent on getting rid of the old tiles otherwise it would have faster. And this is when we still live inside - the workers have to move our furniture around everyday. So very impressed with the speed. I also love the materials. Good quality and color. Looks fantastic! Much much better than previously.“

“I shopped around for flooring, originally on a mission to get vinyl plank for a major house addition, and through that process, I learned that what mattered to me most was was service, knowledge, and support, and most stores just didn't measure up in this regard. But Baila was different. It was clear to me that Michael cared about the products on offer, stocked good brands he stands behind, and was willing to steer me away from brands that were showing consistent problems with installation.After a couple of visits to look at the waterproof (vinyl) flooring (all very nice), I decided that putting plastic floors down in my old house was not going to make me -- or the environment -- happy long term, so I switched gears and visited the store a couple more times to look at the engineered hardwood. When it came time to make a decision, Michael coached me through narrowing the choices, sent me home with five samples, and gave me what felt like a great deal on my final choice.Bonus: arrive after 3PM on a Friday for an eye-opening display of Oakland's finest street walkers!“

“I messaged JP on yelp and he responded promptly with his contact number expressing interest in my job. We proceeded to corresponded via text about my job. Once I got solid contact with JP and a clear vision for my project (which wasn't the easiest thing to do since most quality business people are very busy and I wasn't sure how carpet installation worked), he was an absolute delight to work with. He was gracious and humble upon coming to my home for a consult offering various carpet options based on our text exchanges at value prices. I understand he also has a showroom for those who want an array of options for their project. We scheduled a prompt date for carpet installation in my upper level master bedroom suite and he communicated efficiently (not too much but also not too little) about my project the entire time. He even went to the warehouse at the crack of dawn to ensure my carpet was available on installation date. His installer Carlos arrived promptly with his sons and they performed miracles moving around heavy furniture and installing the carpet with 8lb backing in record time. JP came at the end of the job to ensure they did a good job then later followed up with a phone call. I did end up calling them them back later on installation day after I noticed a tiny issue around a pocket door frame. They graciously came back (after they already did another job in between) and fixed the issue. JP and Carlos really worked magic to complete this bedroom transformation. I can't say enough good words about my experience with Sal-Hai. I would have a hard time finding better people to do another carpet job. Can't post pics because I'm still putting my room back together.“
