I shopped around for flooring, originally on a mission to get vinyl plank for a major house addition, and through that process, I learned that what mattered to me most was was service, knowledge, and support, and most stores just didn't measure up in this regard. We hired Michael Pinnock to replace our kitchen floor with new tile.After visiting several other tile stores without much luck, we met Michael at Baila Floors. Based on samples of our birch cabinet doors, countertop and backsplash materials, kitchen paint, along with pictures of the overall kitchen space, he quickly narrowed down our choices to three viable possibilities. He then came to our home where we agreed that one of the three worked perfectly. Michael was fantastic to work with. He has a wonderful showroom. The work his team did on the new floors in my kitchen and bathroom was of superior quality. I cannot recommend him more highly. And by the way, he offers far more than flooring. He can do complete kitchen and bathroom remodels too.
